When i purchased i was only buying land for a villa !! , how did it become a multi million pound commercial project? i didn't sign up for that! i reckon it kept increasing in size to keep taking investments, so they could pay the early ones back to avoid the negative publicity and keep the vicious circle going!!!

What you describe there is a ponzi scheme.

I wonder if that could be applied to this 'investment' (sic) scheme

It's quite depressing to read this, and I just hope there's some resolution. I've always invested money I could afford to lose, but a dramatic stock market crash is very different to the drawn out torture going on here.

Yes it's been long drawn out affair,myself and my wife have been waiting 4 and half year's for some sort resolve hopefully it will come to a head this year and be sorted once and for all for everyone involved.

Of course, we all wish and hope for that too!! I can only repeat once again that this project has, and still is, being steered very firmly in the right direction and it won't be too long before the Company has the liquidity to repay its investors.

Purely for my own interest but also with the possibility of helping them I wish some the investors would post clearly on here exactly how much they invested, in what, and on what basis.

Not the words they were given in a sales pitch of what they thought they were investing in but word for word what we're the terms of the contract (I presume) they signed before handing over cash.

Everything else is hot air
