  • if real peoples money were not at stake here then this could be one of the most amusing threads ive ever read here.

truth be told's comedy routine with all his "facts" like the owner of this "investment" working an 18 hour day. Surely the sentence should read something like ... He told me he works an 18 hour day. How could you present that as a fact after a couple of supposed meetings. Unless perhaps the meetings took place over 18 hour periods and over multiple days.

no doubt in my mind that tbt has a link to the investment. Not enough that he has your money, but then also comes on the internet to wind you up about this.

    shocking behaviour.

the money may be gone but these sort of people eventually get what they deserve !!

I am not the owner for this investment but my knowledge of how hard Mr Martin and his team is based upon many, many first hand observations over a period of 8 years? And, tell me, what first hand knowledge do you have about any of this? And if people like you and Glamdring get wound up over reading another person's valid comments based upon the facts he has taken the time and effort to research, then I pity you both. If ignorance were bliss, you both couldn't be happier with life!

I can assure you, Glamdring, that it is my philosophy in life never to mock the afflicted!
And in response to a question I posed to you in an earlier comment, would you confirm that you were never offered a trip, at the Company's expense, to see the project and the people involved? It requires a simple 'yes' or 'no' answer.
If you continue to avoid answering this question, the impartial readers on here would only conclude that you were offered an all-expenses paid trip but declined to take up the offer!!

oh dear, this is beginning to sound like an old vinyl record that never stops playing! We all know you have invested your money in this project 9as I have) but the Company is still trading and working towards a satisfactory conclusion which, as you were informed a year ago, would be around the Summer of 2015. So for goodness sake, please stop whining and reserve your final judgement until then.

Can glamdring be provided with a set of audited accounts for the company; that should cover any and all questions.
Left is never right but I always am.

Truth be told, I'm feeling a little bit ignored. You've visited this board twice now and you haven't responder to my post so, I've reproduced it below for your careful perusal. Please comment based on your wealth of weighty facts.

    Oh Lord, if only.

So, lets be clear on this matter.

Please (pretty please) point me in the direction in the original prospectus where they state that:
    1. The project as a whole will require greater funding than the initial fund raising will provide
    2. If required, additional funding will be sourced from financial institutions (loans etc)

Also because you haven't stated it in your posts... (I'll help you out).... If loans (for example) are secured with financial institutions the risk to the initial investors is that their capital ('the assets') will be used as surety against the loan.

If subsequently the investment company were to suffer, I don't know..... cash flow problems, leading to potential difficulties in repaying or financing the primary debt their initial investment could be partially or fully lost.

Which brings us full circle because.... All along you have been arguing that the project is in good hands and is asset backed so your investment is safe but now you are indicating that the investment ('the assets') are subject to additional loans which become the primary creditor should the project falter or fail.

Now, I am basing all of this on your own updates based on your own significant investigations and verifications of the project (and this is why your are very happy with your investment) but surely even you must see there is significant risk associated with your investment if what you have said is correct.

Sooooo, please, lets be clear on this matter?
