Why doesn't the seller go and get his £18+ worth of goods from Tesco instead of accepting £14+ from ebay and have to trek to the post office to post the damn thing???

    Hi all,

Are there any items filling the role of the old Betty Crockers or Wild Red Salmon? TIA

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Hey Guys,
I just got back from my usual tesco, my vouchers hadn't arrived but I needed to go get Haribo tubs anyway, all dtd stuff had been pillaged already, no dog food, no chorizo, no cheese, no toothbrushes :( it was funny though all the many many tesco staff were running around changing prices, scanning things, checking list etc! defo price change day!

Because it may have already been used?
  • To be honest, before I started purposely buying more expensive items, Tesco WERE the cheapest on my standard weekly shop, sometimes by up to £10.....

    Me too.

Their own items, & the value ones too are generally very good.

Forged? sounds odd to me.............particularly if they need the original receipt. Might just be a scare tactic by the SA.

The "must buy a certain number of items" is also nonsense, but they have the right to refuse whenever they like and frankly, it is a little obvious if you've got 2 lamb racks and a toothbrush in your basket...lol

He had bottle of vodka, bread, milk and eggs on the receipt

but maybe joe_oconnor123 who lives in leicester is hard up? they may have a genuine reason to sell their voucher. i have given away small vouchers.
maybe joe_oconnor123 doesnt live near a big tesco? maybe they got the voucher when away from home and cant use it.
life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.
