I have just hit the report button on ebay for this as it is just wrong and will get this promotion pulled!Suggest everyone does the same:mad:

It wont get pulled. I've reported tons of items on eBay & barring ones that have copied my listings, hardly any have ever been cancelled by eBay. This will have ended before they even look at it I bet!

:eek:My brother just had a voucher refused in Tesco Hardwick the SA Quoted T&C - Where we suspect anyone abusing the spirit of the Price Check scheme is being made, we reserve the right to refuse to issue or redeem a Price Check Voucher.

The receipt with his voucher only had 3 things on it the SA told him there now has to be a certain number of things bought !!

She also said they had already banned 4 people this morning from all local stores for using forged vouchers, their photos where being kept on the security desks to stop them entering the stores!

To be honest, before I started purposely buying more expensive items, Tesco WERE the cheapest on my standard weekly shop, sometimes by up to £10.....

If you shop for the cheap stuff and look out for bargains, you can make any supermarket the cheapest...

    Maybe except Waitrose.

Shouldn't take long for it to get reported then. Very naughty...

I've reported it, I suggest others do the same. If there's enough complaints it should get pulled.

Not if you bought goods and got a voucher now. You will be allowed to use it.

Plus people will goto the ASA and tesco would be in a !!!!!

unless of course if it says clearly within their conditions We have the right to withdraw or amend the Tesco Price Check at any time without notice.

So they ebayer with the receipt has obviously had a receipt given back to them but isn't brave/foolish/cheeky enough to use it themselves again but will willingly put the onus on an unsuspecting buyer whoever the fool may be.

So, I'm heading over to T tonight. I really need to goto Asda:eek: but it would be a shame not to pop into T as I'll be driving right past it;)' I have got a £20 and £18.xx voucher to spend (never went yesterday before you get excited!).

I'm struggling to figure out what to get so as the vouchers aren't in for today, what do you recommend? I don't have to spend both vouchers as that is dependant on DH coming with me and he tends to grumble about it;).

Can you explain why it is awful and why it is going to spoil it for everyone.

Surely someone doing that instead of recycling it over and over again is far less "awful"

Well not really, they are not just breaking Tesco terms and conditions, they are probably breaking E-bay terms too.

    Twice as naughty.

In any event, the voucher states it has no monetary value (but at the end of the day value is determined by the purchaser), but it also states that it is the property of Tesco and can only be redeemed by the recipient.

I think E-bay will pull it now it has been drawn to their attention.
