Can you explain why it is awful and why it is going to spoil it for everyone.

Surely someone doing that instead of recycling it over and over again is far less "awful"

The voucher says on it 'property of Tescos and not for resale' or am I being naive. So in my eyes the seller is being unlawful and the recycling is within the parameters set by Tesco?

:eek:My brother just had a voucher refused in Tesco Hardwick the SA Quoted T&C - Where we suspect anyone abusing the spirit of the Price Check scheme is being made, we reserve the right to refuse to issue or redeem a Price Check Voucher.

The recipt with his voucher only had 3 things on it the SA told him there now has to be a certain number of things bought !!

She also said they had already banned 4 people this morning from all local stores for using forged vouchers, their photos where being kept on the security desks to stop them entering the stores!

Forged? sounds odd to me.............particularly if they need the original receipt. Might just be a scare tactic by the SA.

The "must buy a certain number of items" is also nonsense, but they have the right to refuse whenever they like and frankly, it is a little obvious if you've got 2 lamb racks and a toothbrush in your basket...lol

I was just about to say I bet it is a voucher that has already been used and receipt un signed! Is it reportable to ebay?

Or it could have come from a genuine shop that was done in the spirit of the promotion.....

If you shop for the cheap stuff and look out for bargains, you can make any supermarket the cheapest...

    Maybe except Waitrose.

I dont buy "cheap stuff", but I do look at special offers etc. I dont like Asda anyway, so this promotion is great for me.

Tesco T&Cs: For a comparison to be made, your shop must contain at least 1 comparable grocery product.

Can anyone give advice on the beef please. I've not been able to find the correct one with the barcode beginning 02365 in any local Tesco. Do you think it will work with a different barcode as long as it's the right size?
  • Oh & typically when I didnt want one, they had lamb bloody racks today!!

There are plenty of other t&cs on the vouchers as well...

the seller is losing out unless the voucher sells for more than the voucher it's worth.
