Because the "spirit" of the promotion, is that you do a shop and if Tesco are more expensive, they refund YOU double the difference. They certainly do NOT intend for that voucher to be sold on ebay!!!!!

    Try using some common sense.

when you scroll down their is a section for reporting vouchers and in the comment section I put that it is against tesco terms & has no monetary value

    I can't see this.
What do you choose in the first drop down box?

I doubt the SA's know which store number relates to which store.
No but they can probably read the store name at the top of the receipt :p

Why are you guys so impatient about the vouchers. Relax.

Some have at least 15 shops to do before they close today. ;) JOKE

Or it could mean that they shopped at a different store when on holiday. I went to visit mum 70 miles away, did a quick shop with her - used a voucher I got from shopping at my local store and it wasn't noticed at all. I doubt the SA's know which store number relates to which store. I wouldn't buy one off ebay, it's just so unnessary when you can buy a few select items and get one all of your own.

True, you could have done a shop whilst visiting somebody, but it's rare. The store the receipt was from, is shown at the top of the receipt, so it's obvious at a glance and would arouse unnecessary attention, if you had a trout on your hands.

Like you, I can't believe people would pay almost the value of the voucher and buy something like that off ebay, just plain madness!

shows how much attention I pay to my receipts! My excuse is that I fold them concertina style so all the SA sees is the bottom section to chceck the numbers match up (when they do check that is)
