I've also been thinking about where I used to shop pre-DTD: Home Bargains, Netto, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Morrisons, ASDA, B&M, Poundland - the list is endless. I used to check HotUKDeals for the best grocery prices, then shop to my budget. Let's just say there's only one store on that list that I've ventured into in the last five weeks...

Has anyone bought the Fray Bentos steak and kidney pudding recently? I was just about to buy several for the refugee box at the back of church (has to be tins and I was trying to find something which was meat) but then i checked the ASDA website and though it's a different size, it was a very similar price. Is this an increased ASDA price, or has it always been like that? I've completed a SS form (new SS is awesome, thank you, and the form is a good idea) but perhaps someone here has actually bought the stuff and can help?

I bought one yesterday and the price has changed now .

Yep, a lot easier. In the list at the moment we only have about 1/2 dozen to update, so if anybody has any updates they are more than welcome.

    How's the tooth?

Non-existent! The 'gap' is fine now, though. I assume it's still painful, but after the pain I had last week, this isn't even registering on the scale!

I may have some new deals tomorrow. Tried a ridiculous number of 'unconfirmed' items as I'm getting bored/have too much of the usual suspects.

Also, tried the £29.99 champagne today, paying in cash in case it's an N/A. Will report back.

    Goodnight guys

Hoping to get some flumps tomorrow after accidently discovering their DTD potential tonight. Hubby says I should've kept it quiet until I get some but that is not the spirit of MSE I told him. I said.....can you imagine if the lamb person, or the beef person, or the pork person never came forward with their DTD lol I told him I am the flump person :rotfl:
I think he gets it now
If you do see any please leave some for me, cheers!

Went to Tesco Brixton today to cash in yesterday's £19.50 worth. Items totalled £19.46 which was close enough, but I what I couldn't believe is that they gave me a £6 off £40 till spit. Now I wonder whats gonna happen to that :-)

I've submitted a couple of items to the spreadsheet, unconfirmed for now, but everything checked out online earlier today:

    Surcare Concentrated Sensitive Fabric Conditioner 1L - Mr T = £1.70, Mr A = £1.20, DTD = £1.00, Net Cost = £0.70
    Kelloggs Nutri-Grain Bars X6 - Mr T = £1.99, Mr A = £1.00, DTD = £1.98, Net Cost = £0.01, Important - Don't Use Tesco BOGOF, Only good for Strawberry, Blueberry and Apple & Blackcurrant - *not* Apple

I don't no what the update is but I know this worked yesterday as my brother & his mate both bought it and got it confirmed today. But they bought it for themselves:rotfl:and I had to give them a lesson in how to put it on, Gently pat it on with your ring finger so you don't pull the skin and create more wrinkles, he has been ribbed rotten, he is never going to hear the end of it:rotfl:
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

So there's some sort of tracking going on. My suspicion is IP address.
No chance. They actually tell people to use internet cafes or libraries so they must expect more than one claim from each address.

    OK
You really need to be doing this at the end of every session on the computer but esp if you have made an online order, done online banking etc or use a computer that has several other users, even at home
...Or just have it set to delete all cookies every time you close it. This is what I've told my Chrome to do and it works a treat - it started off being necessary to make the Eurostar site work properly, then I realised how sensible it was and kept it.

Been dtd-ing for just over 2 weeks now and I've yet to see/meet any other obvious dtd-ers (although a lot of the time I am too busy concentrating on what's in my trolley to look at others).

I also haven't had any difficult staff. Just the majority of them don't know what to do with the voucher. Having said that, there is one manager/supervisor type person who swooped over when I presented the voucher today in a local Tesco. No problems with her though, she was just ensuring the SA signed the receipt.

I've not had any stock problems either really with the stuff on the SS - there was a shortage of lamb racks last week but that's about it.

My main problems is paranoia that the staff are following me round! ( when they really aren't because most of them seem to have their heads up their rears)
and remembering what to get off the SS and making the most out of the voucher. I really need to get into the habit of doing shopping lists as opposed to fumbling around the shop with a 10-page A4 SS!!

Where in the country are you?...I've never met one either.
