Spoke to CS, he said he didn`t think it would make a difference, but didn`t really know why it might have happened.
First No with added `0` is store No, last but 1 number with missing `1` is sa`s number.
Anyone had any problems with this in store today?0 -

Also wombled a couple of receipts and found a sunscreen lip balm in my trolley and 1p on the floor

Another problem I stumbled upon was that when I bought walker's sensation and walker's extra crunchy together it made the 2 for £2 deal become activeIf you don’t speculate, you can’t accumulate. :beer:0 -

The reason things are displaying red in the columns which are normally hidden is because the spreadsheet is recognising that there is an update pending for that particular item. Beyond that, it could mean any number of things.0 -
Just submitted a spreadsheet form for bakery muffins as they came back on my non DTD receipt as £1.60 comparable to Asda's £1.30, however for some reason on mysupermarket it doesn't show them as comparable which is odd. But it definitely worked so hope it does for others. Got to be the bakery ones as normal shelf ones are on offer in T's.0

has anyone noticed the numbers on the bottom of there receipts today i.e date ok time ok then 5 digit numbers ( they added a extra number) then 1 digit missing
has anyone else noticed theres or do you know what it means please
Multiple people have commented on this and it has been answered multiple times.
This is why it is mentioned on page one of the thread which contains other useful information that everyone should read.
This is what page one says
"Some people are having issues with the codes not matching up properly. There are two issues - 24 hour clock appearing as 12 hour on the vouchers, and some other parts losing and gaining 0s and 1s. Customer services are aware of this and have confirmed these vouchers are fine to use. If you have any hassle in store then tell them to call head office. if they still refuse, COMPLAIN!0 -
I've just done my DTD shopping and watched a bizare experience with a fellow DTD - no idea who it was but if someone one here was at the Dumfries Extra Tesco within the last hour, you better watch out they are on to you.
Just as I putting my shopping on the belt I noticed a kerrfuffle at the till, a good looking bloke was paying with a DTD voucher that was registered at £8.something but the voucher was printed as a £18.something (it sounded like £18.60). Me and the nice old lady in front had to wait ages for him to get a supervisor to come and check it out, in the end they refused his voucher, he told em to stick the shopping and left !.
When it was my turn to pay I handed over my voucher and watched the sales assistant (an even better looking bloke, he he see how observant I am!) raise his eye brows but he just scanned it and said " thank god for that I thought it was another fake!".
I asked if that was reason for the hold up and he said the guys voucher had a different amount printed on it from the barcode so it was obviously a fake. To which I added "oh thats awful, I suppose its like people passing off fake £ notes, how they think they can get away with it I don't know".
I forget to tell the SA assistant that I have two email address and I'm doing shopping for me on one and shopping for my eldest whos in the same household but moving out soon! (I know deal is one per household but its helping him stock up with non perisables before he sets up on his own!). I confessed so am I forgiven?.
So theres a word of warning - dont try to tamper with your vouchers, you'll get caught.0 -
Gahh there was nothing in my little Tesco today! All the easter Eggs had gone, no wax strips, no loreal day cream, no beef gahhh!
I bought 2 lots of prawns and 2 chorizo (which i now cant stop nibbling at!)
I have just put in my receipt details from a shop before my holidays........AHHHHHHHHHHH have I made a boo boo?? Do they check the prices from the day you bought things or today? It was for 2 bottles of WB.
Also can i enter more than one receipt per day per email??0 -
MEGA DEAL!!!
Garnier Ambre Solaire After Sun Calming Gel (200ml) T:£9.18 A:£4.00 DTD:£10.36 Net:-£1.18
CONFIRMED today from last night's shop! (already submitted to SS)
Although Tesco describe the product as above, if you go to Tesco.com and look at the picture you will see that the item is a tube of gel which actually says "After sun 24H moisturising soothing gel". This IS the same item that is sold in both Tesco and Asda and I'm chuffed to bits that it compares:T
Not sure whether this link will work as not tried to do this before... but this is the product you are looking for! http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=268198487
I'm struggling to find this on Asda's website, if anyone could point me in the right direction.Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0
