LOVE that word! I must use it in a few sentences today. No idea what it means - easy? But it's one of those words... :D

    AHHHH
you sound like such a lovely person
i feel so disappointed for you
you could try popping in again when that particular CS assistant isn't around and ask for another copy of your till receipt, say you've lost it and you need it. You should be able to tell them when and where etc as all details will be on old recipt!

My local insists on writing on new receipts this is solely to stop you getting a cash refund. I have never had a problem getting dtd on a scrawled receipt. Nothing in terms and conditions to stop you doing this.
Hope this puts your mind at rest!
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

I meant easy: if it means anything else I apologise as it's prob a swear word elsewhere knowing my luck :rotfl:

You have really mean trouts at your store. I have taken stuff back that has come up as N/A and been paid cash back as a refund even when I have only paid pence as a final ammount for my shopping.

    Mean trouts!!
