    Grockle = tourist - out-of-towner

    Nothing harmful in it just a coloquial phrase used in most seaside areas.

    and another for you, we tend to use "offcumden" around here... and living in a very touristy town, so will have to dodge the gaggles of slow moving, path blocking, tourists on my way to Mr T's, but I'll battle through! :rotfl:

    Same here!! Wish I'd found it sooner! Was a regular on freebies, but this is far more fun!!!! ( no offence freebies!)

    I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now, not sure how long it has been going for but wish I'd found it sooner as it's saving me a fortune.

    If I ordered online on 31st March and so put the claim in on that day and received the voucher on the 1st April, does that count as April claim or March claim please? TIA x

    Morning all. I know this is shocking but I'm thinking if not doing a DTD shop until Monday now. :eek:

    I definitely can't go Saturday, they are shut Sunday, and I might give today a miss as well.
    I cut into my hand carving the free beef yesterday, I was up at 3.45am for work today and I don't finish till 2pm. Not sure I can face a busy Mr T on bank holiday, after 4 hours sleep. _pale_

    I gave up dtd five weeks ago when they capped the vouchers, my nerves couldn't take it anymore and I killed a voucher on a satnav, now using a £20 voucher seems a breeze in comparison :)

    Only done two shops since I strolled back over here but I am finding it hard to choose what to buy!
    Comping wishlist for 2017
    1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuff

    I've only been doing it for just over a week, but have loads of stuff stockpiled, and I swear I have enough Lynx that I could bath in it (and not need to add water!) I wonder how the DTD is affecting the sale of Value lines :) I just wish people in my local Tesco were more careless with their receipts - not managed to womble one yet :(

    I think I've forgotten what value lines are and they're all I used to get before :D

    Yes, I'm not having much luck with wombling. DH was so proud when he presented me with 3 receipts he'd wombled - didn't have the heart to point out that a receipt with just milk on it wasn't much use to me!
    :DPlease, pretty please!:D

    I'm quite liking the finest ranges, never had them before but must say I'm impressed. I just hope that when all this ends my kids won't be too disapointed and won't moan too much about going back to normal boring meals, lol!!
