Hi All
New to forum, but have been reading for a little while now.
Thanks for a great thread – only just found it today.
Would anyone be able to help me with a couple of questions please
1. Can you use you Clubcard
2. Can you pay by debit/credit cards as I see some posters are stating paying by cash
TIA

If you apply for a Co-op membership card, it should come with two £5 off a £30 spend vouchers...0 -
Well just had the cod loins for tea (The ones that were £16 a Kg and I didnt get DTD on!!!) and they were delicious. They were definately the only ones that were on the fish counter but maybe they did'nt work as they were Smoked DYED cod loins.I'm going to recheck them out tomorrow.
Mr T is winning far more than we realise, I am trying lots of different things that I wouldnt usually and to be honest would definately buy the cod again, but previously would never had spent £8 on a bit of fish that I wasnt sure I liked, and the same goes for the lamb racks.
I just want to add, that everyone is entitled to their opinion about how much DTD'ing they feel comfortable with and I don't have a problem with people voicing their opinion. Personally I love DTD and am using it to my full advantage, what's the worst that will happen to me, I get banned from a T's, well I deliberately don't go to my local:).
The thing that keeps me doing it is if T's are so certain that they are cheaper then they really should be. When I see something for example a toothbrush in T's at £10 and A's at £2 it does make me really annoyed. I have shopped religiously at T's for years due to their clubcard scheme and I have through this promotion "Seen the light" :rotfl:and will be checking all my shopping against other stores when the promo is over.
Long live dtd'ers and dtd'ing and as my OH says "Hit em hard" they've done it long enough to us!!!!!:rotfl:Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -

Just telephoned Tescos customer services and there " is definately no such memo been sent and said that they should have honoured my coupon!" Obvioulsy the manager is not honouring any of the terms and conditions and just out to refuse us doing any of our dtd shopping! I will definatley not be returning to this store ever again-and over the years have spent a hundreds and hundreds with tescos and feeling pretty mad. He should be spoken to by one of the tesco seniors, as I see it he is legally wrong in being able to do as he likes!
Who told you you couldn't use it? What was the supervisors name?0 -
Anyone else waiting for their voucher back from yesterdays shop?
Still havn't got mine back yet.
Tried reinputting but it just says processing.0 -
I think they really are removing DTD items from shelves. I went to two tesco's today, neither had the Betty Crocker Devils Food Cake Mix, Oral B floss action brush heads or Princes red salmon.
I went in the morning (10ish), the first was a huge Tesco Extra. Surely they couldn't have sold their entire supply of the above items that quickly! There were plenty of alternative items e.g. John West red salmon, other Betty Crockers mixes and brush heads, albeit the ones that are the same price in Asda.
I ended up not buying anything (cash) and bought the brush heads from Boots instead where they were alot cheaper.0 -

Hi Frenchknickers,
no supervisor had dark long hair an actually quite pleasant to deal with. I'm just mad at the lies I've been told !!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:0 -
I've not had time to read all the thread, but the Nestle curiously cinnamon grahams are now £1.93 in A only giving 20p dtd.
I've submitted a form for the SS, but not done one before so just in case it doesn't go through thought I'd mention it here.
It's only a game

Hi frenchknickers,
Felt embarrassed being told couldn't use coupon and felt in a panic in case I didn't have enough cash on me. I was stupid and obviously gulible and didn't think to ask her name. realise now that I should ahve stood my ground and asked them to ring head office while I was there - just wouldn't expect them to lie to the general public!0
