Ok, 'fess up, who was behind me in Welly tonight buying 20 Pot Noodles :rotfl:. Thanks for leaving me some WB Chardonnay :kisses3:

Killed a voucher off & did 2 DTD shops, then went to next Tescos. So traumatised by having killed one that I used the 2 I had and then gave birth to a bouncing £16er courtesy of a scary toothbrush.

No one bought the rack of lamb?
Yes, loads of times, no top or bottom weight, they are usually priced between £6 and £9, and all are fine.
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.
  • HTC runs windows, not android which is what the app was made for.

Blinkin HTCs, have a HTC HD2 which refuses to load anymore, guess that's windows for you, what if Tesco made smartphones eh?
Not every HTC run Windows. I have HTC Desire HD and it runs Android ;)
Anyway, (for everyone else) the app is for Android phones ONLY.

just back from Mr T, managed a few shops as DD1, DD2 and DH were frogmarched with a basket of goods to tills armed with vouchers, would love t see the cctv:rotfl::rotfl: Managed to get one rack of lamb as the other 6 were reduced and thought this might mess up DTD so paid full price. An older couple looked at me like I was mad and the old Gentleman even came after me to let me know there were reduced ones as I had a family bless him:A was gonna go explain bout DTD but imagined it would be like when I told my Mum and got nowhere! Out of curiosity racks were reduced from £7 ish to £5 ish, was I daft to leave them:cool::cool: young lad at tills for my daughter (who went very red when he spoke to her, bless!) tried giving voucher and receipt back...........also amount of voucher even though there were goods to be paid for:rotfl: Also wanted to get new printer with voucher exchange but big no no:mad: Back to square one with to get as we usually get all our vouchers at christmas but seems its changed:cool:

I would say "My partner has the only clubcard on her keyring as she normally does shopping. Also where on the t's & c's does it state I must have a clubcard?"

I think people could be quite creative with this, does anyone remember the Mel Gibson film Conspiracy Theory?

well, when asked for a CC and SA gets a bit funny, move into their personal space, look around furtively, mutter a bit and then talk about aluminium foil...:D

Has anyone thought about using Derren Brown mind tricks on SAs. Specifically the fishy type.

I have a voucher to SCAN.
Thinking about it now, just SCAN the voucher,
Thinking about it, just SCAN the voucher,
Thinking about it, just SCAN the voucher,
Thinking about it, just SCAN the voucher......

personally, I use the Jedi mind trick
"These ARE the DTDs you are looking for..."

despite my ..ahem... dtd friends, insinuations, :rotfl:I have actually only got 3...
they were all different, i think ranging from £6 up to £8, so I think not

Thank you so much, I was tempted to get some but then I turned a little yellow thinking I would get it wrong and have to start my dtd vouchers from a-fresh again. Can you tell I had a dtd break for a month? :p

The worrying thing is I now remember why I killed my last voucher apart from the £20 limit being introduced, the lack of anything else getting done :rotfl:
    Comping wishlist for 2017
    1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuff
