    :)
Do you have to buy over a specific weight with the rack of lamb like you do with the beef joint? Or will all sizes work for dtd?

despite my ..ahem... dtd friends, insinuations, :rotfl:I have actually only got 3...
they were all different, i think ranging from £6 up to £8, so I think not

do you mean its worse when they're not busy?
also alot more younger people on during the day, i have also found that SA's and managers have been more awkward on a sun afternoon near closing and evenings

No. If you need to demand they phone head office, and for them to get a severe slapping there and then, then you need to go during Office Hours or Customer Service hours.

I would say "My partner has the only clubcard on her keyring as she normally does shopping. Also where on the t's & c's does it state I must have a clubcard?"

    it does not.
i have used it and not used it, using a voucher.

this whole thing is a farce, as tesco's staff have no training, its not just this, its a general thing as know ppl who have worked there.

each time i have been to a young lad at the tills, they just scan the voucher and not been asked for receipt so far.

reading the experiences here its obvious, they do not know what they are doing.

  • No, he took the original delivery note with him that had all that information on. Typically it was a driver who'd NEVER seen one before (in fact i'd never seen him before......)

My driver hadn't either. If you haven't had a refund by tomorrow, I would contact CS. Goodluck

I have multiple packs where I have used the coupon (£5 and £2), this is on self scan and on the main tills.

Not sure why it doesn't work for you. I always use the £2 coupon first then the £5 if that matters.
Thanks for pointing this out. The £2 vouchers state they are only redeemable on Quantumatic packs, but I didn't realise Tesco would accept them on other purchases as well.

Can confirm I just used one of the Finish £2 vouchers to purchase one of the Finish All in One 56's packs with no problems (main tills, not self-checkout) :)

For anyone who's vouchers come back as 'processing' - which browser are you using?

I found that by using IE, using the back arrow and re-submitting it worked after 2 or 3 attempts whereas on Firefox it didn't seem to.

    It's worth a try.
