Funny that when I asked the same question of her husband 18 months ago.

  • Good Morning (just) everyone

Hugs and coping vibes for Cat_Smith.

Not much flying here today as DD is currently asleep on the couch after being sent home from school sick. Although I think she is just tired as she didnt get back from her holidays with KH until early hours this morning and as soon as she changed into her PJ's and got under the duvet she was asleep in seconds.

I havent been around all weekend as have been feeling too awful to even just post but fingers crossed thing are improving again and last night I went to visit a friend to see their new dog. Apparentley they visited a resuce centre on Saturday and where guilted into choosing one. He's a lovely little staffy but I just find the rescue places tactis appauling and not neccesarily in the best interst of the dog.

  • Can't declutter the sofa - there is a minion on it. She gets to do the cat tray if she doesn't shift in the next 39 seconds.....

For some reason, the irritable, huffy, antisocial fluffbag is trotting around after me for fuss and attention. She'll change her mind once I get the vacuum cleaner out.

Right plans again :p, having seen the doctor on Friday (after getting Vampired again :o) it turns out that I have again wrecked my right bicep AND at the same time damaged a nerve sheath (could have stretched it or sommat!) and this accounts for the numb right hand , oh the bicep should take about a month to heal, the nerves ... months! but it will gradually get better and then I will be able to start crafting again :) until then though :(, later this afternoon I can phone and find out the blood results in a way I hope they need to up my thyroxine again as it would account for a lot!

Now for the rest of the week I need to do some cleaning (well rest of the week being today through Thursday - Dr Dragon is then off for 11 days :T:T:T:T), so a list will follow :p :-

    1. Phone doc's, get results and order more tablets (they are needed whatever the result!)
    2. clean the loo
    3. clean the bathroom sink
    4. clean the stove top
    5. clean the kitchen sink
    6. empty the bins
    7. get Dr Dragon to take the black bin out :o
    8. find a new recipe to try
    9. shopping list
    10. shopping (Saturday)
    11. laundry (Friday)
    12. laundry away (Friday)
    13. Dust the bookcase I managed to move
    14. Parcel to Feisty Kat
    15. Postcrossing cards
    16. Move some books upstairs (need Dr Dragon's help with this one!)
    17. try and stitch (again!) :o
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup :D

Dusty, DS1 is on a mission! He is slightly stunned that he is actually allowed to do it given my usual pacifist stance. We are up to eight on one pot. I don't have many frits sadly, I do love them but found the lilly beetles early on and decided not to fight nature. Lovely to have him so interested in helping me for once, hoping his hormones have settled down a bit now.

Need to make lunch for the boys, cook the chicken we just got from the co-op and crack on with putting all the boring washing away. DS1 on the other hand is nagging me to come and weed in the front garden. I am sure he has been kidnapped by aliens

Hugs for The Dragon btw, it sounds like you need them.

Thanks carlsberg - unfortunately its a wall and if thats the case, we got done when we had to pay to get the other side done . ETA we have the wall supports on our side BUT I have just been in the attic and found our copies of the paperwork when we bought the house and the Land Registry details that we should maintain boundaries on the North and the West (which is the left one as Dusty said) and the one that I thought it was. She's a lady with money so I'll see if I can get her to pay for it!

Welll I think we have a theme for DD's bedroom, all I have to do now is get her to agree :rotfl:

kaz it usually is the left but you can tell by the T on the line on the deeds/plans, you maybe able to look at them online on the land registry website.

lunch now when I have removed another bee from the house, they keep coming in today.

Wrist is a bit achy so need to lay off the gardening and typing too much today.
