I'm a Provident customer and pay monthly - will this be losing my agent commission then? If so I'll go back to weekly.

It all depends on your quality, check with your agent.

How would that benefit you if the max you gain or lose is £15.00

Well its not max £15.00 if a customer drops from stage to stage it will add up to £30 in total they were very clever in explaining it to us, and making us think that we will only lose a max of £15.

    A move from stage 5 to 6 is £5 and 8 to 9 is a further £10, which is £15 in total

we lose a straight 15 if they go from a 5 or below to a 9 or above in one go, usually when they havent paid for awhile and a bulk payment drops out of the cycle, same as to gain 15 in one go, u have to take them from a 9 or above down to a 5 or below.

i have a monthly payer that I have lost twice on now since this system was introduced. I have decided that this week I am going to (with there permission) put in the amount to maintain the arrears stage and then play it by ear each week but not put in too much that it improves there stages and I again lose next month hope this makes sense.
good on you, keep them at stage 9. no more fines..............yay

After all these years they treat me like this, I should have known better.

I'm told to walk out the door if I'm unhappy. No support, no motivation, just threats.

I've given everything to this Company over the years, been asked to do a video to show the Agents role... ask me now please.

Provident have stabbed me in the back.

From being a loyal and long standing Agent I now hate you.

You will reap what you sow.
  • Threatening to do no issue or giving cruddy figures in will only lead to your termination if you're not upto the job you signed for.

Oh dear, what a slip! It's not supposed to be a job but Provident regard it as such. That sort of comment indicates that the employment status of agents is deserving of better scrutiny by the Inland Revenue.
