let me tell u then. when i joined i was told. Your manager is always here to help.If you have a problem customer let them know.Well ive had more managers in the last few years than there are days in the week. Doesnt say much does it. Plus on the very few occasions a manager has got of his/her chair to make an arrears call they have collected nothing......

i am doing my own canvassing, cos head office leads are crap. you sign them up and months down the line they come up as previous write off..... whose not doing their job now.........

All the agents need to work together to do something about these unfair deductions being taken from our hard earned wages. We need to act unitedly and take action in order to achieve results. A neww forum for agents is a good starting point to share ideas. Please everyone join up so we can get these unfair fines stopped.

I really cant see anything working. All we can do is make life as difficult as possible. no new customers. only working friday and monday. banking late. having shorts etc. issue spread out so we dont meet weekly targets. anyone think of anything else.

has anyone looked at the bigger picture here........... fines. agents leaving, fewer managers, office staff calling customers for card payments and being paid extra, something fishy going on at provi..............................................on the brink is it.................................

Just had a text from my AM saying thank-you we beat our sales budget by over 14k, no sales week 20 :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

The commission is here to stay , taxi for the moaners including Dean Lacey who has done what so far ??
