let me tell u then. when i joined i was told. Your manager is always here to help.If you have a problem customer let them know.Well ive had more managers in the last few years than there are days in the week. Doesnt say much does it. All the agents need to work together to do something about these unfair deductions being taken from our hard earned wages. We need to act unitedly and take action in order to achieve results. A neww forum for agents is a good starting point to share ideas. Please everyone join up so we can get these unfair fines stopped.

I really cant see anything working. All we can do is make life as difficult as possible. no new customers. only working friday and monday. banking late. having shorts etc. issue spread out so we dont meet weekly targets. anyone think of anything else.0
