Listen maybe every cloud does have a silver lining. I have been out working most of the day and would normally finish around 8pm, I finished tonight just after 6pm as I now will not go to any call that's cost me a fine or are stage 9+. reckon I've saved around ten pounds on petrol and not being hit with fines on any of them. Where is the incentive to collect any of these accounts? Why should I try for money off these customers as they are the same ones that every week its come back monday and are never in. Time just to concentrate on my really good customers and let head office deal with the rest of them as they think they are so good at it. Maybe the managers can sit on the phone trying to get payments all week at least this would justify their jobs.19england66 wrote: »this is getting really depressing now. i have lost money every week. so much for things will get better. id like to know when. perhaps when hell freezes. this week prediction gonna lose another £>50. i cant afford to do my call backs now. where the hell will it all end.............................................................................0 -
