We are not insulting anyone let alone our selves, just a comment re what I read and the fighting I see.
Lend to people who cant afford it and you will now be fined for non payments, good from my point of view, that fellow who came to my road needs sacking. Perhaps that is what your head office is getting at. If they make you take a sub prime loan on then fine you should not be fined, but if you sell it to the customer in first place, then you should.0 -

Also if any customers pass away and we are unable to obtain a death certificate yet again another charge £15
And don't forget that the Data Protection Acts mean that you should only discuss the account with the debtor. So you have to contact the deceased :A to get the death certificate.0 -

NO ISSUE WEEK 20.....NO ISSUE WEEK 20.......NO ISSUE WEEK 20.........NO ISSUE WEEK 20 ...........................................
I had that one a few days ago. Today's update is a £200 bonus for achieving double the target.
Desperate or what?0 -

I hope you have business use insurance like agents have to arrange and pay for.
Because you can bet your last £15 that if you were to have a prang in your privately-owned car then Provident's insurers are very unlikely to accept liability and compensate you.0 -
Has anyone heard what happens when we are on holiday? I heard from my DM that the relief agent wouldn't be liable for any fines but the agent on holiday would be. Potentially then we can go away with the thought of a nice fine to pay on our return,or even owe the company money! Surely this can't be right can it? Any DMs out there could clarify this please?0

i assume a relief agent collects on your number, if so i'm affraid that you'd be liable for the fine when you get back from holiday.0 -
Had an interesting letter back from HMRC this morning. As for previous posters saying all was ok with the revenue and we were self employed end off. Well mr crook is going to be getting a nice letter in the post soon no dobt followed by a nice vist lol.
Anyone else wanting to make this idiot pay for abusing us agents should contact revenue. The more people explain how we are controlled the more we have of beating him. And before we get comments saying you would be worse off then work it out after 52 weeks and see the real picture. Under employment law it would be illegal to impose such fines like we have now.0 -
