hello all, been reading your blogs for weeks now. Just got the courage to register and make comments. There is a lot of bitterness going on, however, as an agent it feels justified. I was very hurt when this new fine (you cannot call it anything else) system came in. Took it too personally. Now tho seeing all the comments i am enraged into action. So any customer stage 9-12 is staying there. No working unless its a friday or monday. No new doors unless i want them. Small amount of sales each week cos doing issue and arrears will take up most of my days. I absolutely love my job, i sometimes shop for my elderly, agony aunt to others and substitute mum to my young ones. Never do i overstretch any ones budget. So why why why why do we get punished for doing our jobs???????????

at .45 pence per mile is way not enough, by the time you have carted a few lard AARRSSEE agents on DVs your fuel consumption rises way through the roof,
i drive a golf diesel and i have noticed on some DVs i can only get 25 to the gallon, with all the stopping and starting and the extra weight you carry,well enough said
