There are to be redundancies for DM's later in the year. All these things are being pushed through, tel payments, arrears calls by office staff, fines for agents designed to get rid of arrears so less need for managers. Lets face it all dm's do is push sales just to get their bonuses and we all know that most of their telesales is the crap we don't want to do but are forced into it. you keep pushing 81 and 106 wk loans which have the highest arrears on the books so why not do us all a favour and stop selling them. this should not be a problem if we are meant to be responsible lenders but there's too much profit for provident in these loans so responsible lending goes out the window. Just how responsible are YOU?bashtheagents wrote: »lol , what would an ex agent know, three adverts on portal for Development Manages, plus interviews for two ROM positions.0 -
so a company expecting redundancies are actively recruiting. mmmmmm makes sense i suppose.
come on please think about what you are writing.
my guess is that a company that recruits is probably expecting some growth in the next year or so.0 -

if agents actually chased up the right leads then you'd not be losing money but hitting bonus'. These "fines" if thats what you want to call them don't affect the agents who do their jobs well. A lot of agents are lazy and don't see the gains you could make.0

I think if you read the thread properly then you would know what this is about. its not about 'Hitting bonus' as only management can do that, its about provident taking money from agents when CUSTOMERS do not pay us. We cant get blood from stone and provident want us to use threatening tactics to get these payments. No we are not lazy but do the job to the best of our ability and remember some agents have done this job for a very long time without any trouble. Now they want to penalise us for their 'lend to anyone policy and to be told its not your (our) money and just get those sales out to satisfy their sky high appetite for growth. We are re-issueing to previous customers who have not paid their accounts because the company must have growth to satisfy the city money men. I hope that some of those same investors are reading these forums and are impressed by these tactics and withdraw their funding. As has been said on here before almost everyone has lost money at some stage and as for the GAINS to be had well thats just one big con. They have taken away their spring promotion and are struggling for customers as GASA is failing so lets penalise agents into putting on more rubbish customers then penalise us when they dont pay.My_Life_For_Hire_x wrote: »if agents actually chased up the right leads then you'd not be losing money but hitting bonus'.
