Think that was back in 2009, its changed since then.
Refresh my memory Bash, don't recall a credit act revision that stated that since 2009, was it never necessary in the first place or were we all misinformed at the time, needs research I think be carefull in the meantime all you duel collectors, make sure you have it clarified, funny how Bash now recalls the orginal memo.

Consumer credit act states two different companies and as i said earlier PPC & GPC come under the same umbrella, just a case of the agent signing a template letter, dont take my word for it speak to your AM or DRM.

Knew it. If agents are duel collecting then it does look like a breach of FSA rules all beware.

section 19 depending on how FSMA view connection between PPC and GPC, my understanding is although under PPC umbrella, they are independantly run in order to satisfy the monopoly's commision, hence why we are not allowed to view each others accounts for same customer, and why charges are slightly different, which suggests they are viewed independently, if that is the case that is where the problem would arise, as I previously stated more research needed to clarify.
  • When consideration is made regarding issue the household balance will show on a focus print, although i agree it is a grey area and originally dual agents had to obtain a credit licence but the FSA have ruled this is no longer needed.

If we as agents have to make the lending consideration the only household balance available to us, via clip, is the provident balance not joint PPC and GPC, if this is no longer a problem with the FSA then surely it would make more sence to allow us this information, so we are able to make more informed decisions regarding lending, this would have a knock on effect of reducing arrears as we would not be inadvertently overloading customers as sometimes happens now, perhaps you can arrange this bash, take it you are H.O. and also perhaps you can arrange for us all to be informed offically regarding FSA uturn on duel agents,I will look forward to the memo next week, and then it can be an end to this line of thought.

To be honest as far as agents are concerned this battle is lost. I myself have left as have 3 other agents that i know of. No one above the area manager has asked us why we left and to be honest they dont seem to care so i dont think anyone is going to get anywhere with this. Good luck to those who are fighting on and are going to stick to doing no issue weeks 25 and 26 but to be honest i think the fight has already been lost.
