Glass half empty or half full , thats the spirit.

Over 11,000 agents, the majority are not complaining so who needs to get real ?
Maybe not in your little bubble bash, but in the real world,I dont know of one agent who is happy, and that includes those who have not lost out so far, not everybody complains loudly, but trust me the fallout from this will be felt by provident well and truely over the coming months and years.
  • Management lol.

Dont have to be management to support the company.

So where are all the antis ?
When was the demo at head office ?
No sales weeks had no impact in my area
No agents walking in my area
DM's on bonus and very happy about that
I have more customers and more money
    Performance is flying

And Dean Lacey has done what exactly , how do you know he does not work for head office ?

OK Bash, so you're a ROM I assume. Highly paid, but no qualifications.

Sales weeks ? You had to pay for em :)

    Agents walking ? They ran.

DM's on bonus ? They need every penny they can get, the wages are so low.

Performance is flying ? Hmm..quote me some figures.

Dean Lacey put his name on-line, why don't you ?

Antis and demo ? Oh c'mon. The whole of Bradford smells from the flatulence from the Board Room.

Agents are angry, don't deny it. If they are better off why not let them opt-in or opt-out ?

Keep plugging away Bash, you might even convince yourself in the end.

    .

thats a good idea! I for one would opt out as would the other 59 agents at my branch!
  • For your information the ROM'S that i know have qualifications and many years in the business.

£200 a small price to pay to some agents.

I repeat that agents in my area are NOT leaving

The DM point i will agree with you

Budget hit every week since week 15 dont know actual figures but my Am has shown us the rag table.

If i put Peter Crook or Dean Lacey you would be none the wiser, Lord Lucan would be right for all he has done.

Flatulence on 1.5 million per year salary i think not.

A minority of agents are angry but they are not leaving, just working smarter.

If its that bad Joshua why are you still with us ???

I'm not still with you, I left a few weeks ago.
  • This will be my last post because i feel that the bulk of people are just not getting it and we continue to go around in circles,

The new commission scheme was brought in because agents have had it easy for years and were in the comfort zone, established agents have to adapt a new approach to the job and they cant do it and dont like it, The new scheme pulls together what the company need to achieve and its not all about agents.
New agents have adopted the new scheme and doing well, the company results in my region are good, Agents and DM's that cant do it need to adapt or move on the industry has changed and we need to change with it.

£400 plus agencies are a thing of the past if you dont do call backs or recruit customers, agents on here that put on crap during promotions and reaped thousands have now become accountable and again they dont like it, you can go to a top legal team and they will tell you that you are SELF- EMPLOYED ,AND PROVIDENT HAVE THE RIGHT UNDER YOUR CONTRACT TO MAKE DEDUCTIONS & PAYING YOU G.A.S.A IS ALSO LEGAL , ( GET AHEAD STAY AHEAD ) for all the agents that have no understanding of the concept.

Six weeks in and its not going to change so please move on for the good of PROVIDENT who by the way have been around over 125 years, vote with your feet not your keyboard.

    Taxi for Bash.

I resigned today, ok maybe not change the world, but my am does not agree that the majority of agents are happy. They are having real problems and all letters of complaint are being forwarded up the line to H.O. So me resigning may not make a difference to this fight but if it influences someones thinking in any small way then maybe someone else may benefit. Gone to pastures new where the grass may or may not be greener but at least I'll be happy knowing that my earnings are mine and no-one will deduct anything for any reason. Oh that and 12% commission LOL.
