To be honest as far as agents are concerned this battle is lost. I myself have left as have 3 other agents that i know of. No one above the area manager has asked us why we left and to be honest they dont seem to care so i dont think anyone is going to get anywhere with this. Good luck to those who are fighting on and are going to stick to doing no issue weeks 25 and 26 but to be honest i think the fight has already been lost.0

DM's are resigning, so many books to collect they can't cover them all.... new one's start and last a month, come and join Provident, we pay you 35 hours but you will work 50 hours if you are lucky ( and keep your Company mobile phone on to answer queries over the weekend ).
Turn up for work 9am Monday morning.. oh, you are working till 9pm tonight..unlucky. Sorry, no overtime, no time off in lieu.
I've now packed in my agency, had no DM for months... they can't fill the vacancies, 2 short in my Office.
Agents demoralised, staff demoralised, whoever thought this commission scheme up will no doubt be on the board of Directors soon.0 -
