To be honest as far as agents are concerned this battle is lost. I myself have left as have 3 other agents that i know of. No one above the area manager has asked us why we left and to be honest they dont seem to care so i dont think anyone is going to get anywhere with this. Good luck to those who are fighting on and are going to stick to doing no issue weeks 25 and 26 but to be honest i think the fight has already been lost.
we may never get the fines lifted. however there are always ways to get peoples backs up. look back at comments on previous pages. work to rule etc.no new door leads.etcetc just do not go out of your way to help ............................ sorry to hear you have left...............shame when a company regard their workers as something they just stepped in..............................loyalty works both ways........................

DM's are resigning, so many books to collect they can't cover them all.... new one's start and last a month, come and join Provident, we pay you 35 hours but you will work 50 hours if you are lucky ( and keep your Company mobile phone on to answer queries over the weekend ).

Turn up for work 9am Monday morning.. oh, you are working till 9pm tonight..unlucky. Sorry, no overtime, no time off in lieu.

I've now packed in my agency, had no DM for months... they can't fill the vacancies, 2 short in my Office.

Agents demoralised, staff demoralised, whoever thought this commission scheme up will no doubt be on the board of Directors soon.

Oh Bash you're so funny, the more quality customers you get the more chances they go into arrears = lost £'s for the Agent.

Stop pretending to be an Agent, you lost the plot ages ago.

Agents are leaving, DM's are leaving, you have real problems replacing them... try collecting a book for a change Bash.. get out from under that desk... welcome to the real world.
  • Glass half empty or half full , thats the spirit.

Over 11,000 agents, the majority are not complaining so who needs to get real ?

No I think you and half of Provident management are dillusional! If you seriously feel that your agents are happy then I pity you. I and 3 other agents walk this week so my office has a real problem.
