here here Teamspirit :T although OhDEar does'nt seem to realise that human error's do exist ... so I will not say no error's. My compliance is of a very High standard and everything is done by the book  .....

Totally agree with this comment at last someone talking sense. If you whingers and those of you who expect to get big wages for not alot of work notice, this agent is willing to work and with £500 a week wages hes/she is on a a lot more than a DM.

    I rest my case!

Ohdear, spot on i am with you on every point :T
    Provident way or the highway.
  • your wife / civil partner is giving you grief while getting her alimony from the milkman.
    PMSFL. Love it....
  • Pre-Contract Credit Information states there are no charges for late or missed payments is this not misleading should it state the agent will be charged.

How many weeks is the agent required to collect, if the agreement states 33 weeks and we call at the customer for 33 weeks should we be charged for missed payments after that date.

This week I need payment from a 250 weeker even though I have stuck at it getting £1 or £2 per week. In future I will stop at the end of the contracted number of weeks.

DMs should be more carefull with there words !!
LESS AGENTS = NEED LESS MANAGERS !!
  • We're at week 19 now! Its time to see who are willing to make a stand! The only way senior managers are going to listen is by withdrawing from adding new doors, paid up renews and sales! I urge ALL agents to do no sales on week 20! Talk to your colleagues and get their support! Lets just try it for one week - let the company know how unpopular this new system is! If as I expect they ignore this action then we should consider further withdrawal from sales, etc....

If your not willing to take any action then its time to put up and shut up!

    A VERY disgruntled agent!

Just before I ask - I'm not an agent, not a DM and I don't work for Head office - but I am connected

Please could anyone who works in a south coast office PM me? I'm only interested in finding out if the same office has more than one unhappy agent and completely understand if folks don't want to

    Thanks
    :o
