im defo doin no sales wk 20,and will try and avoid doing any for the following weeks too, as for wk 21 only taking commission and ignoring the hit and gains on our balancing sheets, not sure about that one, i will be loitering around the office on thursday to see what the other agents think to the idea, will try my hardest to encourage them, and will post their comments for you all to read, does anyone know if greenwoods agents are being deducted in the same way?

Went to the office today. Got float cheque took wages plus pot deductions. Then told them I was finished when I got home. Had manager round to collect everything. I was told they will be reporting me to the police for theft of "their money". Now that will make a nice test case for the rest of you to watch. Actions speak louder than words. Leave as soon as you can, is all I can say. Im outta here................................

I amso sorry for you, wehave decided as a branch,if an agent leaves due to this,we will not colect agency, backed by our dms
  • Yes Greenwoods agents are penalised for the management made bad debt, the lack of arrears control, the Solve for the managers bonus. Checking the company web site states no penalty for late or missed payments. Minus 3.5% -£10 -£5 no there are no penalties.

Dont blame you. it seems alot of agents are hanging in there hoping and praying that other agents will make alot of noise and get them their money back. You wait and see, the ones making the noise will be singled out in the future and got rid of. It happens to employed people, let alone "self-employed" Leave as soon as you can is what I say too.
