Even if this is true, common sense tells us that your commission will not continue to rise. I have not lost so far in this scheme, but once you have gained the only way from there is down!
And I don't buy the "give it time, it will even itself out" argument. I'm sorry, but you can't live your life being low on commission one week, then up the next-when you have bills to pay and mouths to feed! I'm sure my mortgage company or utilities wont be too sympathetic if I gave them that line when it comes to paying my bills!
The only thing i have been doing, which I understand isn't possible for many unfortunate agents, is putting my gains in a pot, so when the inevitable losses come my way I am not out of pocket.
Good luck to everyone out there.0 -
is this how the rebellion started in Star Wars0

How many people have noticed that on the first post, part of the header has been deleted pending investigation. Think this proves how worried provident are if they can complain to the website and have part of it deleted. It did say 'PROVIDENT AGENTS RIPPED OFF' but now only states provident agents. What a nanny state we live in if our opinions are being suppressed like this and only makes us more determined.0

And this is an ideal way of proving the system is a pile of pants! If you have nothing left at the end of a 4 week rolling period, or a 12 week rolling period, whatever, then you know you are not winning!0 -

in the 1970,s in Haifa Israel some childcare centres were having a problem with some parents picking up their children late, between 20 centres 8 children on average were picked up late.
so what they did is fine parents $3 every time for lateness,
it shot up from 8 to 20 per week,
so after 17 weeks they got rid of the fines the average lateness still stayed at around 20 per week,
they found out that when you fined people it took away their moral obligation to get their child on time and they used it as paid child care.
sooooo perhaps the idea is really to educate agents into the habit of collecting arrears from customers.
when and if they take away the fines agents will still collect arrears from customers and finally managers can develop the business.
worth thinking about
so now im going to the "agents complaining about customers arrears forum"
can someone tell me where it is0
