I can only assume that you have not seen the letter from Ian Bailey regarding some slight changes, it also states that the commission bill for april including gasa is up 8%0

One word refinance ,roll the whole book over and I mean everyone you can ,obviously not non payers ,u can get massive commition over a couple of weeks, not great but at least its few quid .THEN LEAVE IT TO THEM TO GET IT BACK :-)
The powers that be have dreamt up this scheme for what reasons who knows ,and whats more they know they have made an error ..
I mean who is going to put any knew customers on their book, only an Idiot would, for the pittance commision you get off a new
customer why bother ? when u are risking losing £15 if they go pear shape ,the way forward is MASS ROLLOVERS and NO new
customers ,the commision made on roll overs will far outweigh the £15 u are going to lose ,should the excisting customer go pear shape
so when u see someone who you think is going the wrong way ROLLOVERBEETHOVEN imo :-)
Right so heres the Plan
1 if u are going to leave roll the whole book over or what ever u can nice couple leaving weeks wages :-)
2 if ur staying roll over customers who are going pear shape this will cover the £15
3 NO NEW CUSTOMERS.. ONLY QUALITY EXCISTING CUSTOMERS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS :-)
4 of course look after your quality customers
5 say nothing if u follow this plan you will not lose any money ...
ROLL OVER BEETHOVEN
and lets be careful out there :-)
What has really annoyed me apart from Debt management cases ,is the company agreeing to reduced rates from customers
the hitting us for £15 you cannot make it up ..
love from bradford xxxxx
policy if that was the case , but the DM might get the sales bonus.0 -

I have a plan Scooby read it and see what you think ,this company has changed over the past 18 years I have worked for it. its now
being run by graduate type !!!!! ,numbers men as long as the numbers add up everyone is happy ,well on this occasion its all
not going to ADD UP :T0 -

I see you are back bash, is that all you can come up with after all this time. just confirms your dm status as i would have thought a more constructive post had you been higher up the banana tree. Have you spoken to any ams, roms etc lately or are they all running scared or perhaps out collecting vacant debits. I believe you have a few or are you going to deny that as well.0

there could be a problem in the long term ,but this will hardly affect
agents who are leaving ,in any case the sel messages in the clip
are rediculous if they were followed the company would go broke in 6 months ,good agents know their GOOD or BAD customers a long time before any sel message will tell them ...
Is anyone seriously going to put on new customers and risk losing £15 for the pittance commision we get on small issues ?
NO NEW CUSTOMERS ,ROLL OVER BEETHOVEN :rotfl:0 -

Yes I have, it doesnt amount to too much at the moment.
All potential deductions will be on the clip every week as well as the target collections report.....which they should have been all along!
Any town to town will not have any reductions or incentives until they have been on receiving agency for four weeks.
new customers will be aligned so deductions are equivalent to those for current customers i.e £5 at 6 wk miss and £10 at 9 week miss.
apparently 'we have listened to your feedback and we will review some aspects at the end of may, when the dust has settled and the true impact is known. This review will include Free Money Advice cases (which are already exempt) , fee chargers and Utrs.
Why not review it now?? when the dust has settled?? what does that mean when we see how many good agents have left?0 -

Never have i felt so stressed before, and to be honest i dont really think Provident care. I was so upset cos i liked my job, but even the Manager never came out to me. Very sad. Well Provident the way you are going you wont have any agents left soon.
This is a sad post ,28 years0 -

The commission bill went up due to the x rate change when refinancing i.e went from 5 times to 10 times. this was the sweetner brought in before this stupid scheme.0 -
i myself as an agent have six customers this week that i stand to lose £15 on each customer.. these customers have only had the loan 4 weeks.. how is this right? they are only going from quailty to mid stage which should be a £5 charge, these customers were added to my book last week which make its worse. not only this last week i was charged £20 for customers that werent on my book??!!
