EVERYONE needs to ring HMRC 0800 788 887 the more agents that ring the better so give the number to every agent you know, spread the word
  • Jus to throw this out there.... IF WE GET CHARGED FOR BAD PAPERS AND THEREFORE PUNISHED FOR BAD CUSTOMERS.... THEN WHY DONT AGENTS GET REWARDED FOR GOOD CUSTOMERS?????? customers that pay week in and week out why dont we get rewarded for keeping them in quality!?????????????????
  • What would the company say or do if we all took back the money they have deducted from us,I can not see them sacking all of us agents

Thtas what I said earlier. They are taking money from us unlawfully so why cant we take it back. What they gonna do - sack us! I thought managers should be chasing up arrears customers anyway. Whtas the point putting on new customers if they cant sort out the bad ones.

I emailed a complaint to head office about the recent changes and how we are being unfairly penalised with these deductions. Thought you may be interested in their reply implying I hadn't undersood these new changes.

    Dear xxxx
I would like to thank you for your email below, which I will forward to senior management out in the field.

As part of the Company’s long term plan to deliver quality customer growth, with effect from Thursday 7 April, as you know the Company introduced a number of changes to the existing commission scheme.

These changes represent a balanced approach and support better quality focus for both Managers and Agents. In order to ensure the scheme has been fully explained to you your letter has therefore been forwarded to the Area Manager who will address your concerns.

    Yours sincerely

Well that is typical! you don't understand, blooming hek what's wrong with them, ( denial ) same as we don't understand when they send letters willinilly to customers in arrears, that they can have loans of such and such ,when we are the ones out there having to face them with the letter in their hand.
Its only balanced on paper the ones they make up.
Its still makes me mad that the charge on the clip is all + and not a - in site, then the performance sheet well I don't know where these figures come from but its maddening . I have also been looking up employment law
this is a link for you.http://www.yourrights.org.uk/yourrights/rights-of-workers/who-is-protected-by-employment-law.html
  • cannot believe they expect us to collect books where agents have left.No agents should do this,as it will only help them to continue with their fines.Cannot sack you for not collecting another agency.
There should be agreement across the board in here. WE DO NOT HELP ANY OFFICE COLLECT VACANCIES. Particularly if one of your colleagues has resigned as a matter of principle. If we withhold from this along with no sales cash loss hits and not collecting from customers we have had a £10-£15 deduction, thenperhaps they might realise we mean business.
  • Sh*t happens mate, and why should I say bye bye and how the hell do you know how many jobs we all hold stop nosy'n around to see who we are, mmm must have hit a nerve.:p
I'm not here to go fishing I'm here to say my say, and that's it for now.:(
sorry got no raw nerves or feelings to speak of. its that if i wanted to build a house which little piggy would i go to for advice, certainly not the one that built it out of straw, or the one that built it out of sticks. i know lets go to the little piggy that built his house out of bricks. because when the wolves are at the door you may need a house to shelter and protect you.
now i am not saying that your a little piggy, so dont get offended its that if i want some good advice i will get it elsewhere

Why not just hold it as float then if you do win back/ lose you can adjust it but with their money not ours.
