I THINK THIS NEEDS RE-WORDING !!!

self employed agents covering an established round were customers dont pay so therefore you will be fined.......you will be lending and collecting and running your own business were you will be fined yet again .....working on a self employed basis,you will collect payments if they bother to pay and you will be fined....receiving good commision each week with lots of deduction from were your customers have not paid...regarding the support from a reputable company i bloody doubt that because whatever you do YOU WILL BE FINED...and the only enthusiasm you will get is when PROVIDENT STOP FINING AGENTS FOR IDIOTS WHO DO NOT PAY ....lmfao :beer:

its only a matter of time b4 word spreads that it exists! 8 hr's later,

plodded around this week. mind not really in job,mainly thinking about pmts to collect that wont cost me money.Agent 20yrs .Feel as though in catch 22.Stand to lose 80 this week.What anoys me is that i have gone to house and spoken to customers.One customer said would pay me the fine he is costing me this week,next week when he gets paid.Have decided to tell customers what is happening to us,they are astounded, will also be advising them to ring watchdog.What i probably find the most amasing is that they are going to renew their licence in february want to look good in pr and are realy upsetting their agents,who i know could tell a tail or so.:money::mad:

ive worked out i stand to lose £40 next wk which means out of my £250 commision afer tax, insurance, petrol and phone to pay i'll end up with about £120. to think i risk getting smacked over the head collecting providents money for that. i wont be with u much longer MR GOD DAM CROOK....

i wonder if watchdog know that customers dont always get 50% of the loan in their hand and provident dont give a dam.

I don't know how anyone can sleep at night working for this kind of company. They prey on the weak. That they are penalising or ripping off their workers does not surprise me in the least.
