are u reading this DM'S.
Yeah im sure plenty of them are but do you really think they thought of these changes? Do you think with the amount of agents that have left or are about to leave they are happy?
Some of you on here are so short sighted, tell me what good taking money out of our pockets does for a DM? Do they get it passed to them? No
I get on well with my dm and he totally disagrees with this new system as do many other dm's.
I agree with no sales week 20 but dont just put the blame on dm's when from what i have seen they are losing out as much as we are with the amount of vacant agencies they now have. The problem is at the top of the tree not the bottom0 -

Provident belongs to the elite group of companies that pay the highest dividends to shareholders. This change seems likely to increase the level of dividends still further, so that shareholders are adequately rewarded for the risk that they run.0 -
Isn't this week "bonus week" for the DMs AND AMs ? My AM texting me asking for sales figures day by day saying "need as much as possible , etc " , i'm texting back "no sales so far" , and there won't be, no sales = no bonus , maybe then will they !!!!! their ears up and start listening.0

Again agree with your actions however can you not see it is not the am's who put this system in place? From what im told there are many layers of management between the agents and the person responsible. I can only speak for my branch but its not the am's who need to be fought its people much higher up0 -

Yes but the AM and DMs where i am do not give a **** about anyone as long as they get their bonus , all the AM says is it'll work itself out and then asks how much sales , i swear if i get brushed off in such a dismissive way again i'm gonna do something HE IS GONNA REGRET!!
All i'm saying is .... maybe if they dont get a bonus for a couple of months they will start to look at things differently and start to get on the backs of the people above them0 -

I do not know a DM or many AM's that support this. Remember DM's used to get 2.5% when collecting a book, this was taken away by the bosses0

Must be just where i am then , if they dont support it they should be doing more to help , but then again why should they , they're still being paid and will i'm sure continue to get bonuses , some agents are coming out with nothing , THE AGENTS ARE ON THEIR OWN0 -
(With 1100 agents in the company, If 2/3rds agents are stopped £20 each, in one week Provident will collect around £14,520 not a bad little earner to pay for the 69% increase the board awarded themselves)
Youre looking at alot more money than that, i think there are 11,000 agents, but i could be wrong.
just looked on provident website, there are 11,400 so going by the same approx calculations you said you are looking at £150,480!!0 -
