Provident need to really stop and think about upsetting their many long standing agents - we have worked long and hard to build up a personal relationship with our customers - and now when maybe they go into hospital, get made redundant Agents are having considerable amounts of money deducted from our commission, through no fault of our customers and ours!!! Our Regional Managers do not support what Provident are doing - maybe when the customers do not pay - the shareholders should also have a reduction in their payouts - you say it's not their fault - but it's also not the Agents fault when a customer does not pay!!!!!! Agents use their own funded cars, phones, work from their own homes and seem to be on duty seven days a week - and still Provident want to penalise them for their hard work - I SAY SUPPORT THE NO SALES ON WEEK 20 - HIT PROVIDENT WHERE IT HURTS THE MOST0

I agree with prov, its not the DM's fault. I feel sorry for them because their hands are tied, many are behind the agents but cant be seen to offer support. We as agents are free to walk, they are employees and so have to tow the line and comply. At least we have a choice to tell provi to stick it!0

Did you know that new agents now starting are not getting deductions on their wages and Im not sure if they are even aware of this! They have been told about the £5 £10 or £15 bonus but not the deductions. Also if Providebt can unlawfully take money from us surely we can take it back. What are they gonna do, apart from sack us, as I dont see they would have the right to get it back!0

We are looking for people to become self-employed Agents typically covering an established customer base.
As a self-employed agent, you will be lending and collecting on behalf of the market leader in weekly home collected credit, and you will be running your own business.
Working on a self-employed basis, you’ll collect small credit repayments from customers in their own homes, receiving a commission on each of them.
You will have the support of an established and reputable company, but it will be your enthusiasm and work-ethic that ultimately determines how much you’ve made come the weekend.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I THINK THIS NEEDS RE-WORDING !!!0 -
Not all DM/AM are on our side....My AM is a company man through and through, we put our grievences to him everytime we are in the office but he never agrees with anything we say. He has said that he has people waiting to start work and a pile of applicants waiting for a interview.
As for our DM, he's is nothing but a back stabber...sits and agrees with us, whispers when the AM not looking, but as soon as we've gone he runs to the AM with everything what we've said.0 -
Peter crook is monitoring this site on an hourly basis as are the other directors. The idea earlier of stopping sales in week 20 will not really solve your issues as these loans will simply go through in week 21 ? Ok your dm rom might be a bit miffed by not getting there targets but the company will simply get the results a week later? Whislt there may be a lot of frustration the agents must remember this is from the top. If you want to do anything this is were you need to focus efforts - the idea of contacting HMRC would be a start and something the company would fear?0

I can tell you now , i won't be hitting targets , i will do sales IF it suits me ,not to get someone else a bonus.0 -
I’ll tell you all what I’m doing this week and suggest anyone thinking of leaving does the same. I went to the office as usual to collect my bag, asked for a float cheque. Cashed the cheque. Took my wages as per balancing sheet. Now I’m NOT out collecting and will take back the uncollected clip and balance of the cheque next week and say good bye. Im telling all my customers that ring me, I’ve got car problems and will collect next week. I’m txting fake figures to my manager every morning to “keep him happy” lol. Well hes not exactly sticking up for us. I’m doing this because the last agent that left with a greivance waited 7 weeks for their last weeks wage. UP YOURS PROVIDENT. LOBL LAUGH OUT BLOODY LOUD……………………………………………….Cant wait till next week when manger calls saying " What the hells going on". lol.0
