so far on this forum all i can see is bickering and barracking. please can we take each other at face value and treat each other with respect. if you do have a hidden agenda please keep it to yourself.
if you want to tell the truth and how you feel about issues affecting you and your family then by all means please do it freely.
if there are people from provident and other companies taking notes then please write this down..... we live in a country that has free speech, free expression and also freedom of information we do not have a constitution, but we are also not tied and bound to the company store, you do not own our mind,our bodies and our souls,,
you just pay us occaisionally for our labour...

no dm will be getting their bonus the agents have already said that. if they cared about their agents they'd speak up for us. they get their wages no matter what so what do they care.

Hello new agent, 20 years in provi. If you only knew how much effort it took to get on here.Computer iliterate, with a husband loosing the will to live with me. I have noticed that hardly any agents know of any of the sites to go on .If everyone could make sure every agent knows these sites perhaps we could organize something. I am in my fiftys and i had to tell 20yrs old what to go on .Now i am on here i hope other people will do the same.I hope if we stick together we may get somewhere.Now i am on here ,its a whole new world . And trust me if someone like me can master a computer in anger about our new regiem, then i am sure we can conquer provi,lots of luck to you experts on here

I am a provident agent and I think our strength lies in unity one or two agents taking action wil be dealt with, we need to work together, one suggestion is a week of no sales. how to organise it is the question any suggestions?

Canvassers put on a "person" who had previously been written off for .... wait for it ..........£10,000.00 , yes 10 grand , and she was re-issued , now she isn't paying again and i'm getting fined for it , !!!!!! , how does that happen , 10 grand . As for the posters on here saying we exploit the customers , answer that one , A FREE 10K .:mad:

One of the Agents where i am ,( i'm not going to say exactly , except its Northern Ireland , never know who is lurking) has spoken to Citizens Advice , they looked into it and have said that its illegal what Provi are doing , they are sending him all the info and we are photocopying it and giving it to all the agents , now i'm only going by what this other agent has said , if it turns out that we get good info from the C.A i'll post it up here for everyone to read / print off.
