Best thing to do is complain to your (am) tell him or her all what you think is wrong i did
then go on provident web site send email with all complaints. including how you think watchdog might be interested in some of the doggy
dealings that go on including fresh start that makes you a debt collector then the loan terms that are all over the place dont bow down to it i worked all bank holiday just to lose money from my wages i tell you i have lost faith in provident when i become there debt collector
for people who cannot or will not pay thats not what i signed up for0 -
I knowfor a fact many agents have huge losses this week, and a few on minus commision0

the rules, but they have to enforce them, and the agents have no-one
else they can vent theyre frustration at, I know I personally would love
to have a contact number or email address for peter crook, because i
would post it here for everyone to phone or text theyre views direct to
him, rather than the bosses hiding away & leaving all the grief to be
vented at the dms/ams who seem to be catching grief from above & grief
from below
No dm should be doing issue on an agents book because it compromises the self employed status of the agent. If you contact you field support risk team they will confirm this. Unfortunatly the company have not been clear on it's policies and there are still some shady areas on some issues.0 -
how things have changed since my time at provident, and not all for the better judging by some of the comments posted here.0

Agents have worked all over the weekend, including the Bank Holiday days.
I've heard today that Agents have gone into the office to pay-in but the Area Manager demanded more sales, refused to allow the Agent to pay-in and ordered the Agent back out to find more sales.
I thought the Company did not tell Agents when to visit customers and it was up to the Agent to decide what days they worked ?0 -
earlier posted on forum theres a shareholders meeting in bradford, either 2mrw or thurs ,any agents living near could goo with banners and placards, whats coming out of agents wages its a total disgrace surely everyone of us cant be wrong about this0

This would be a good idea for provident to start paying a basic wage to their agents and a reduced amount of commission issued if loans are renewed or new customers added to the book.
I think however the desent voiced by most agents on here should be addressed to the chairman and the ceo, i have been trying to find their email addresses so i can put it up here for you.0 -

They need those books paid in asap and someone higher up will be kicking your am A--. Remember this is bonus week for all dm,am,rom and dom's and we all know how much they hate to lose money. Its ok for us to lose just not them. As was suggested in earlier posts why not miss those damn targets by £500 pw and then they cant make bonus. I know this sounds terrible but I hope there are lots of agents pack in this week and watch them squirm as they cannot collect it all, then watch your dm go off with a sick line for stress lol.0

we are being given an A4 print out of deductions and wins as it isnt running properly on our clip!! have been told to ignore what clip says as is wrong and go off sheet.....anyone having this problem?
these arrear stages are based on a 12 week scale so surely we should be given payment details of the last 12 weeks and not 5 so that we can see which payments are due to drop out and make the customers stage drop or increase??0 -
