I gained £65 the first week but some of the payments were due to there error, I lost £25 last week and this week possibly £20 or even breakeven, I am reluctant to go to one customer for £4 to improve the arrears stage and gain £10 because next week I will lose it as they are a monthly payer this happened to me last week on a fortnightly payer because they didn't pay me but they paid the previous week to improve the stage.0

at last I also feel most of you are fighting the wrong battle yes this charge is unfair but I doubt it will go away instead we should all be trying to change it i.e. it should only apply to new issue, you cant move the goal posts after the match has started, it should only apply to issue you have done, not transfers, canvass, office issue etc.deaths, utr's, cab, debt company's, or agreed reduced rates implemented by adm's we should fight for amendments and I dont think any agent who is making money from it will object as all the ones I have spoken to including my self feel it is very wrong for any agent to lose money for things beyond their control.if enough agents state their case properly , and not just rant and rave , i think they'll have to, or at least amend it to take out some of the unfairness such as deductions on customers you havent issued to, The problem you'll have are the agents who are making money off the new scheme , and there are some. Also in the past few years the upper managment have stopped listening to the field management, those of us who arn't to cowed to speak up and not spout the company line at any rate.0 -

 glad to have you onboard xxxx:T0

of course a dm can do loans on any book at any time, the customers belong to provident not the agent, who supplies the money for the loans, who takes all the risks, certainly not agents0

Hi all, newbie here, ive been working for provident for just over 3 years now and i too have been loosing money...infact im set to loose again for the third week running.....not good when its only been running 3 weeks!....like others, our office has many many agents who are really not happy!....some have walked, some are threatening to, some have no choice but to walk when deductions are more than their wages......its happened in our office already and as i say we're only on our 3rd week. I like others in our office are now looking for other jobs, wether that be with shopacheck or the local super market! but ill be damed if i will line the pockets of Crooks like Peter!!!!0

While there is a sales shortfall the DM's will continue to do telesales and issue on your books, if you are reluctant to do new doors they will do them also leaving no time to do arrears, agents who continue to fall short on sales and have customer and quality loss will be replaced sorry folks but that is the facts....... in my office we had 47 agents reduced to 43 at week 13 , my AM always has a clearout each quarter of underperformers she has given the vacant books to agents who want to work full time for the company0

sounds like good responsible management0
