Texting Abroad
I have a long distance relationship...I live in the UK and my bf lives in the USA ... we have the calling etc down as cheap as possible with the use of Skype etc but I keep getting huge phone bills for texting.
I was wondering if there are any Sims or price plans for unlimited texting abroad or very cheap as it is starting to mount up. We do use other methods such as Facebook, etc but I would like to text him more.
Other countries seem to offer these sort of plans, why is the UK always so far behind?

If your looking for a cheap way of talking to someone in the USA and you both have inclusive minutes this provider http://www.unitedconferencing.com/international-access/
allows you to set up a conference call and gave someone the six digit access code and local access number in the USA and if they called in at the same time as you ,you could set up a free intl call from your inclusive minutes, and they could have the same.

I know. I quoted this thread because I remembered that alternative ways were suggested at the end of the thread. BTW, it was fishtext.OldGreyFox wrote: »18185/18866/1899 no longer offer a text service.;)0
