    Just clarify the situation here, I spoke with the Jobcentre today.

    Because BOTH friday and monday are bank holidays payments due Friday, Monday and Tuesday will hit accounts by 21st. They did a batch run of pay outs on 14th/15th April to accommodate this. I am not sure about DLA as they only send payments out 3 working days in advance of payment day. If you are at all worried though do call the benefits helpline for your area.

    I may look well but I am very poorly, I am fed up with being judged because I cannot work. Grrr!!
    I am not looking at them, they just aint real!

    best thing to do is check your account today if its there today its early ,if not i think it will be tuesday as halifax doesnt seem to add money over weekends .

    My child tax & carers that is due on monday has gone in but the incapacity, child benefit or dla which is due on tuesday hasn't.
    I'm with natwest.
    september wins - toshiba laptop, timotei shampoo & conditioner, mccains games, pimms picnic blanket.
    october wins - grants tumblers, £20 petrol voucher, sega console, iphone
    novembers wins - £50 on walkers rainy day, £50 itunes voucher
    march wins - dog treats

    I can confirm that the usual ctc that goes in on a Friday, was in the bank today, and £6 more than usual.

    bum! My tuesdays money has not gone in today as I had hoped either. Hoping it will go in on saturday but didnt think there were any cleance days with the banks between now and tuesday?

    Hi. I'm with RBS. My tax credits (due Monday) are in account today. My child benefit (due Tuesday) is not.

    Still the possibility that my child benefit will be in the account Saturday (as is usually the case with RBS when there is a Bank Holiday Monday).

    Oh well. 1 out of 2 ain't bad!
