Your CTC will go in on the Thursday (and also the following Thursday (28th) due to Royal wedding & May day bank holiday), any due on a Tuesday will still go in on said Tuesday.

You can find the bank holiday payment dates for child benefit here:
    https://www.direct.gov.uk/en/MoneyTaxAndBenefits/ChildBenefitandChildTrustFund/Childbenefits/Paymentsandentitlements/ChildBenefitpayment/DG_178333

I'm presuming all other benefits will be the same.

My tuesday payments (after a bank holiday) always show in my RBS account on a Saturday morning, as well.

This seems to be the usual procedure for RBS/NatWest. Don't think this is the case with other Banks, that I am aware of.
  • my friend always gets her monday payment on a saturday she is with RBS, her tuesday money does the same if its a bank holiday
  • Thanks for this, i am with natwest so hopefully it will mean i'll have some money over the bank holdiday weekend.

I think you will get both payments in your account on Friday morning. The normal schedule for RBS/NatWest is that payments with a due date of Saturday/Sunday/Monday are credited in the batch run on Friday night so that you'll see them on Saturday morning. In this case because both Friday on Monday are bank holidays then everything with a due date from Friday to Tuesday goes into Thursday night's run and will be available on Friday morning. The only reason this might not happen is if the payments are made as Standing Orders through the Faster Payments system but I'm not aware that this is how benefits are paid.
