The calculator has a broken link in it - the link to "Unclaimed Personal Independance Payment" on the results page doesn't contain any info.

Hi there..wonder if someone can help. My mum currently works 16 hours per week and comes out with £504 per month. She also receives £150 per month working tax credits. Her rent after minimal HB is £380 per month and her Council tax with 25% discount is £77 per month.  She is finding it hard to manage and after doing some research and eligibilty calculators it looks as though UC could be better for her to claim however she is not certain how it works etc other than her WTC will stop and go under UC but is wary about applying for UC in case she is worse off. Any advice/help will be appreciated please.. Many thanks. She is 63 years and lives alone in a one bedroom bungalow.
