Clearly they [Tesco] found it hard to make a promise they couldn't keep." Asda Spokesperson.

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.

Its absolutly horrible what happened to you guys, BUT don't give up!!!

We all faced horrible trouts, I had my fair share of embarrasments, once with a banch of s**pid SA's and CA Manager and after that I was so upset that I thought this is not worth it and I can't deal with the stress of it! But then I thought why should I pass up a really good opportunity to get branded stuff for nothing?!? That was a month ago and got my fair share of the promotion and any time I have my doubts i just look at my stash and it puts a smile on my face. (I know, I'm sad)
I hope you will get over your experience and COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN and COMPLAIN some more until the store will be put right and get they manager sorted!!!
DON'T GIVE UP!!! It's them in the wrong, not you!

your completely right it is them in the wrong and tbh thats not my usual store anyway we only went there cause they stock the lamb, but i don't wanna fight to my shopping either, i have complained more about how i was treated than the voucher because i did acually use the voucher and the cs in the store i used was very helpful and friendly yet the store manager in the first one couldn't have been sharper if he tried, i think i'll see how i get on with spending my other vouchers and decide from there i'm gonna be really busy now my kids are off anyway so won't do much shopping til march anyway

Just going through my list for tomorrow & spotted that

Right Guard 3D Energy Zone Antiperspirant Deodorant 250Ml will be half price from tomorrow @ £1.24.

This is not the 'flavour' I buy but just to forewarn others.

I know there is a maximum of £100 per month, but is that 1 month from your 1st receipt or does the month run from 1st to 31st?
