Are you saying she didn't scan the second one and therefore you only paid for one but got 2?

Seems to me that it didn't go through the till.

I made the same mistake today, though I also used the £2 voucher, so I paid £3 instead of £0
And I should have bought the refills, not the actual starter kit as I have 4 of them already.

Edit. sorry missed the bit about putting it in your bag.

Yes, thats what happened. I didn't even know it was on offer until the sa told me.
Have submitted my receipt showing just 1 for £10.15 minus £5.00 voucher. :j
