    :D

Was doing my DTD shop this afternoon when I came across a trio if DTD shoppers - at least I took it to be a man his MIL and his GF / sister.

    Anyhow what marks for style.

The man had a 20 page SPREADSHEET printout in his hand ;) and they were at the sun creams - I wonder where they nuying the £5 Nivea :rotfl::rotfl:as it was on offer at MR T but no they were buying the Ambre Solaire.

Not only that buy the man shamelessly called out the exact details of the items and when the gf lifted it he took it in hand and compared the packaging and narrative straight against his list in full view of the store manager who was taking notes about something.

Shortly after this they were seen checking out and comparing the bikini razor ;) with the list and talking loudly of the £20 voucher they would get tomorrow.

I wish I'd a brass neck too as my heart is pounding at the tills.

    :beer::beer::beer:

I'd like to think I was slightly more inconspicuous than this with my list but now I have treated myself to a smart phone I definitely am. I also don't need to nip home to check prices before I shop as I can now do it on my phone as I shop so saving petrol too.:D

I don't know whether you read my post earlier, but i had a similar situation and i'm also begining to think this is getting too stressfull
It sounds like Tesco are running a promotion that they are bettet cheeper than Asda, and then they put their customer under scrutiny of what they buy and why and put them under pressure not to use the promotion. This is one for Martin to chew on.

    SS update

    can someone please delete this:
    10/04/2011 Fresh Salmon Fillets from the Counter per 200G £2.50 £1.60 £1.80 £0.70 0 £0 £0.00 £12.50kg Tesco £8.00kg ASDA 44%

as I think there is the right item listed above it and the 2.50GBP might make someone buy the single fillets at 2.50/each which are the wrong ones, thanks :)

I made that error but think it's the Carex ones that are 80p

Just to confirm that the Radox handwash def works if you buy 4 @1.63 each in T = £6.52 £3 for 4 in A so you get back £7.04. confirmed on my voucher today.:)
:)I used to have a life............................... before MSE!!

    FOA- 'quenntwins' and 'strawberry_shortcake'

Its absolutly horrible what happened to you guys, BUT don't give up!!!

We all faced horrible trouts, I had my fair share of embarrasments, once with a banch of s**pid SA's and CA Manager and after that I was so upset that I thought this is not worth it and I can't deal with the stress of it! But then I thought why should I pass up a really good opportunity to get branded stuff for nothing?!? That was a month ago and got my fair share of the promotion and any time I have my doubts i just look at my stash and it puts a smile on my face. (I know, I'm sad)
I hope you will get over your experience and COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN and COMPLAIN some more until the store will be put right and get they manager sorted!!!
DON'T GIVE UP!!! It's them in the wrong, not you!
