    I know there is a maximum of £100 per month, but is that 1 month from your 1st receipt or does the month run from 1st to 31st?

    I really feel for you. Phone Head Office tomorrow and explain how upset you were, and that you are absolutely disgusted. Insist that you get a call off the old trout - who obviously thinks he/she owns Tesco, rather than works for them.

    Then enjoy your 10 minutes of them apologising to you.

    DO NOT GIVE UP. These are an exception. Out of all my shops I have only had two bad experiences. One backed down after about 30 seconds. The other Manager and Supervisor had their '!!!!' slapped by Head Office the next day, and I received a gift voucher. I smile to them as I now enter the store.

    It isn't your fault they don't read or understand Memo's from Head Office.

    Never give up!! The way i see it is I cant use the store much now.. but all my friends still can! plus i forced them to change and now they do not sign the new recipts now!

    Was doing my DTD shop this afternoon when I came across a trio if DTD shoppers - at least I took it to be a man his MIL and his GF / sister.
    Anyhow what marks for style.
    The man had a 20 page SPREADSHEET printout in his hand ;) and they were at the sun creams - I wonder where they nuying the £5 Nivea :rotfl::rotfl:as it was on offer at MR T but no they were buying the Ambre Solaire.
    Not only that buy the man shamelessly called out the exact details of the items and when the gf lifted it he took it in hand and compared the packaging and narrative straight against his list in full view of the store manager who was taking notes about something.

    Shortly after this they were seen checking out and comparing the bikini razor ;) with the list and talking loudly of the £20 voucher they would get tomorrow.
    I wish I'd a brass neck too as my heart is pounding at the tills.
    :beer::beer::beer:

    :( Manager's probably making notes as to what to clear off the shelves! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I have reported various posts with propositions on the potential to alter vouchers for the purposes of defrauding the organisation in question. I do not think it is a grey area or area for debate. It is blatant fraud, not working outside of T&C's but fraud. I would strongly urge the posters quoting to remove their reference to the original posts and the original posters amend their entry.

    I agree with you but not on the fraud. I class it as a Breech of the Terms and Conditions

    So Tesco that used to allow customers to use vouchers for products they sell but you didnt need to buy them.. Would you class that as fraud?

    Would you class using more then 1 voucher/recipt more then once a day as fraud? (As in the terms it says once per household a day) People have posted that on this forum and the posts are not deleted.
