I agree with you but not on the fraud. I class it as a Breech of the Terms and Conditions

So Tesco that used to allow customers to use vouchers for products they sell but you didnt need to buy them.. Would you class that as fraud?

Would you class using a voucher more then once a day as fraud? People have posted that on this forum and the posts are not deleted.

Put it this way as aconsumer the choice was up to tesco to make the 'fraud' or do it etc as you gave them a voucher and they could say no.

By on purpose doing whats been talked about (wont quote it or mention it ) you are attempting to mislead the employee and company regarding the vouchers. That is fraudulent on your part and will lead to you personally suffering the repercussions where as tessco commiting it would leave u scot free..

Btw 'you' means 'whoever doing it' not you personally. .if you see wat i mean :P

    Food for thought.

it was allowed by Tesco, the other "Idea" is clearly not! I think we closed the discussion already? thanks:)

My point is that its a "term" people are breaking the terms buw

1/ Using more then 1 voucher a day (1 per household per day)
2/ Using a new voucher but the same recipt

etc.. its the same.. its a term!

Also like to point out doing more than the 100 quid limit is in violation of their terms and conditions, but not fraudulent againt the impetus is on tesco to detect you walking in 10 times and banning you stopping you etc. You are not misleading them as you are walking into multiple stores, sure its difficult for them to link up if you went at different times and different stores.. and most people wouldnt bat an eyelid.

I had a lovely Nigerian lady serve me today and she had not seen a voucher and looked to me to explain it to her :D she then commenced to oooh and aah through my shopping (all 3 lots!) as she worked out what I was getting - so funny. :rotfl::rotfl:

I hope she has a go at DTDing.

My point is that it "seems that" some fraud is ok and some is not.

Members that say they use the same recipt again and again are dissed.
Members that say they do more then 1 shop a day are not.

If its fraud then its fraud... but its a terms and condition.

I hope you get what I mean!

Then enjoy your 10 minutes of them apologising to you.

now that would be nice :D

i ahve emailed customer services i usually find they ring u anyway so i'll just wait and see, i'm not bitter or even all that annoyed i have done very well and really i don't need to visit that store, it is a dodgy area so they could well have had loads of fraudulent vouchers, altho i suggested phoning head office and asking them to confirm they sent it to me, and he said he wasn't willing to do that he wasn't accepting it either way, so he really was just digging his heels in, he'd only just started his shift so was prob pee'd off he'd acually had to do some work :rotfl:

Popped into my parent's local T today - bought a few needed items and a few DTD, used a voucher with no problems other than the lady having to check with a colleague about putting it through.
Seems the scan with no value and the cashier puts the value in!!

Got a rack of Lamb which I'm sure will get me some DTD - gave it to my parents, who were well chuffed!
