hi can anyone help is the racks of lamb new zealand or british my store only has new zealand thanks

It is NZ £25 per kilo
  • Did my first DTD shop yesterday and got my voucher through today.
I wrote my shopping list and trotted off to Tesco to spend my voucher, chose one of the young men on the basket only till.

He was absolutely great, checked my receipt and voucher, didn't even bother with the missing codes and put my voucher through.
He tried to take my receipt and had to tell him off, made him sign it and give it back to me.

Just put my receipt in price check from today, enjoying a cornetto and a glass of wolf blass. I know this has probably been asked about a hundread times but will they accept the new voucher even though I used one on the last receipt?

Thanks to all who have contributed to the SS:D

    Unconfirmed

Happy Egg Mixed Weight Box Of 10 http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=266681223

    Mr T £2.89
    Mr A £2.59

    Difference 0.3 = DTD .60 Net 2.29

Not huge DTD, but we eat these anyways

    Regards.
Clearly they [Tesco] found it hard to make a promise they couldn't keep." Asda Spokesperson.

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.

i had my first issue today, the store i wnet to said they'd been told not to accept any, however my mil used hers 2 tills down, i then asked to speack to the manager who said (his words not mine) theres no point standing her argueing with me because i won't back down and let you use it:mad: he said head office had told them not to take any at all, however i stopped in another store on the way home went straight to customer services and explained what had just happened and she said yeah loads of people had complained about that store not taking any vouchers and she said i could use it no problem i just used it on a normal shop and i'm gonna use the rest on a normal shop aswell then go back to my normal shopping this is far too much work and far to stressful for me to keep at it

i had fired an email off to cs tho because i was definaly singled out and basicially accused of having a fake voucher

I really feel for you. Phone Head Office tomorrow and explain how upset you were, and that you are absolutely disgusted. Insist that you get a call off the old trout - who obviously thinks he/she owns Tesco, rather than works for them.

Then enjoy your 10 minutes of them apologising to you.

DO NOT GIVE UP. These are an exception. Out of all my shops I have only had two bad experiences. One backed down after about 30 seconds. The other Manager and Supervisor had their '!!!!' slapped by Head Office the next day, and I received a gift voucher. I smile to them as I now enter the store.

It isn't your fault they don't read or understand Memo's from Head Office.
Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies
