Buffy I am like your mum and have the "open the door, push it in, close the door before an avalanche engulfs me" approach to my spare room. My "shed" is the same, it's the under stairs space which is large in this house, strangely, as it's just a small 3 bed semi. It is in dire need of sorting out, everything would fit if only I would actually DO the declutter and tidying. It annoys me that I don't do it, I love it when it's all tidy.
Yeah, I fight against being like that although looking at the rubbish I keep I am basically the same! and I really do love it when it is tidy. Makes me stupidly happy

Well done GQ and Helen! I've had three spells of vertigo - the first time I had it I woke up with the room spinning as though I'd sunk a litre of vodka the night before. It took me ages to stop panicking and when I finally got to the Dr he was all "oh yes, very common post viral condition, nothing at all to worry about... here's some tablets..." Nothing to worry about!!! If I tipped my head forward, it kept going and my whole body followed it whether I liked it or not! I did stop panicking though, and the tablets worked for me (motion sickness ones I think).
I have now decluttered the fridge! :jI believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

hi Rosalie and GQ!
oh you've all been so busy!!:T
I haven't:( Didn't wake up till 1pm - went to look at my attempt at foolproof tablet - I have toffee:o Nice soft toffee, but toffee all the same! Kitchen an absolute disaster area. Toffee everywhere. Don't know where to start. Just cba doing anything, need to go out and get bread and coffee, so had a shower thinking that would get me going but it hasn't!
Buffy my mum is kind of similar, on the rare occasion when I want to tidy, I want to TIDY properly, unless it's urgent when I do the "shove everything in the nearest cupboard" thing. Also, she is quite a hoarder - but at my house she throws things out with gay abandon!! Got to keep an eye on her....:rotfl:
Hugs to all messies who are unwell and well done to those working hard! I'd love to say I'll have something to report later, but I don't think I will! Feeling strangely light-headed right now...:( xxx0 -

I know we're not supposed to give any kind of medical advice but I'm sure this is ok - someone else mentioned it on the thread you started Frugal and it always works for me - if you have an emery board or just some fine abrasive paper around, gently rub the crispy bits on it. It comes off very easily.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.
