They have the new board! Man is almost here - on past form I wouldn't be surprised it it's the wrong board, but here's hoping!

Helen, and everyone else, what night would be best for you for partying - ie when you don't have to work the next day!!

woohooo - boiler is fixed! It wasn't just the circuit board, there was some kind of switch thing slightly out of position which was causing a lot of the problems. I asked him how countless engineers had missed that over the last 3 years - "No comment!" ie they were all useless!

Happy birthday to your mum Helen - hope you meant it was your mum's bday!

Just had slice of homemade banoffee pie, it was lovely but I know I'm going to suffer for it!

Feel like a really early night so I'm off to bed now, want to read but can't think of anything I fancy!

    hugs all xxx

    Good evening!

I am a sucker for vampire fiction :o although I do read pretty much across the board dipping into different genres!

Well I had to clear the living room table but other that that I have done nothing. The OH is off so he should be doing more in my opinion :).

As for partying with the messies a weekend evening would suit me, unless it is over the xmas hols :D

  • Rummer- Do you read Laurell K Hamilton? Her early Anita Blake, Vamp Hunter books are good (the late ones just turn into a sex fest).

Sooo today...I was very ill :( which led to the decision to cease CD. Not to stop losing weight, but I know how hard it's going to be now :( Got about 5 stone to go :(. I did a buttload of fleabay listing for work, then came home, had a cuddle with BF and dog, and blitzed the spare room for 15 minutes. Laptop battery about to die so catch up with you all tomorrow!

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up; always try just one more time

No I haven't. I have tried all the usual with Charlaine Harris being my fav by far :D. Currently reading a series by Alyxandra Harvey which is very teenage yet very good!

As for weight I can completely empathize with you, I have a fair bit to lose and it is hard trying to approach it sensibly!

    I am awake!

Determined today to get as much as I can done in the house especially in the kitchen as my fruit and veg box is delivered today :D I'm so excited to see what is in it and to go recipe hunting!

Not done much since I got up as my DD is sound asleep and any laundry etc will wake her and I am secretly enjoying having the livingroom all to myself ;)

I will update over the course of the day to let you know how I am getting on :)
