    Today is a new day

Depression is a condition, not an illness and it will not get to me today

So far one wash load on the line and another one in the WM

Porridge on for breakfast, with blueberries and banana

    Veg sorted for dinner

More ironing to tackle and as still home alone will get it all done and then put away

If predicted sunshine comes my way will then go for a bike ride or walk round the lake - because I can

And if I CBA will do some Ebay listing

    Have a good day all

    Hiya
I am still here - he's engaged now so we are just waiting for something to happen - thanks for asking :) I finished work on Friday - I made it hooray - was always worried my waters would break in the office

I have just ordered a big grocery shop as there was NO food in the house and so I had to make sure there was stuff in for everyone before baby comes.

Me and DD are going out to pick our next load of peas from the garden today

I still haven't finished packing my hospital bag.

I have a few loads of washing to do today my ebay stuff is done ready to send tomorrow.

I need to do dishes and clean the kitchen esp as my mum might call over after eeek

I am having an afternoon in the hairdressers tomorrow, which I am loking forward to - I usually hate it but sitting down for a few hours is quite appealing at the moment.

Have a good day everyone :j

    Grrrr Just lost my post

    Morning all

Plans for today are to go Blackberry picking, do some more washing, tidying up, ironing and so on - boring

DH is going to check the Lottie as some little grot bags broke in and stole some plants, checked out the sheds and generally mucked about. DH and another lottie holder repaired the fence where they got in and made it higher so hopefully they will be kept out

Snookey - oh dear about Hammy. Kids!!! Nuff said
Hart - glad to hear the visit went ok

Its sunny here in MK land - another nice day, trouble is all this sun shows up the dirt!!!!

Also going to cash in my Lottie win and put it towards the Bedroom Carpet Fund - oh the joys of saving

See you all later, hope you all have a nice day

You're all being so organised - stoppit! :p

Hubby and I had planned to have an organisational & tidying day today, and then we overslept, and then a friend invited us over for some tea (and we hadn't seen her in ages, so we said yes), and then we were enjoying our visit so much we kind of ended up staying until 8 - oops! :D

Now, we've got my Mum coming to visit at the end of August, so before then we've got to finish sorting the living room, bring some form of order to the spare room, try and get our laundry down as much as possible, including doing the bed linen, and of course keep the kitchen & bathroom fit for use. I'm sure we'll be fine :rotfl:
In a better financial position than ever before (thank you MSE!). Moved back to Scotland and now trying to keep debt-free!

    Evening!

I have spent the weekend de-fleaing the house and shampooing the carpets so lots of cleaning done! Sadly my carpets are now stinking and I need to find a way to remove the smell!

Thank you to the people who advised me regarding the dishwasher, I followed the advice given and it is now back to cleaning dishes, yay! This week I have loads to do as I need to get the bedroom and the dreaded bedroom cupboard sorted so that I can get the walls painted. House needs to be sorted before I go back to work.

I've had a cold since Tuesday, only just recovering and my house has turned into a tip!! :( My OH clearly does not understand what a hoover is and there's so much loose fur flying about it's unbelieveable (we have dogs and cats) :( feel like crying!! :(

Managed a couple of washes today, dishes, cleaned kitchen units etc. so will do the hoovering tomorrow when I have more energy.
