well, we're in the house, we've got it sorted (well, there's still boxes at my mum's and in the spare rooms but we're getting there)...it no longer smells of dog! I'm now working on the garden but I love it :) Never fear though, I'm still a messie, it's just hiding in cardboard boxes! And both of my doggies are coming home Sunday so it'll be even more chaotic :P

    Hi everyone. Happy birthday Rummer.
Today I cleaned the floors, loaded the dishwasher, cleaned and tidied my dd room, took a basket full of washing and two carrier bags of rubbish out of her room. Dd came down crying after spilling a cup full of drinking chocolate on her mattress. I wouldnt mind but Id put a protecter on the mattress but it was on the floor !. Had to clean up jelly that she had spilt on the units. Thats it now no more food or drink allowed in her room.
did a few loads of washing, shopped and last night showered one of the cats. Cat had an upset stomach and that combined with long fur isnt good.lol. Cat wasnt immpressed and kept trying to escape. Okay once wrapped in towels and cuddled.
Change of plan on our hols now going to Yorkshire . A naval charity pays for us to have a holiday each year as oh was a seaman before becoming ill. We are really lucky to get this help and id doubt we would be able to afford a holiday without them. Wish I could win the lotto so we could repay them.
Thanks Yorkshire lass for the info on places to go.
Candy girl like someone mentioned buy bigger sheets but not the elastic corner ones. Bloody pain they are.
Hamster still missing doubt it will be still alive. Why dont children listen when you tell them not to do something. Its like they grow cloth ears when your talking to them.Mind you men seem to grow them when you mention housework, lol.
    Take care everyone.

DH stayed at home and did jobs around the house and the dog malted - there are hairs everywhere so a huge hoover session happening tomorrow and the bathroom is pretty mank - I'll do that tonight me thinks

Welcome back to Mucky Klub Helen

You may not have had good weather in the flatlands, but you have certainly brought it back with you - it has been gorgeous here in MK today

Been shopping for wallpaper for DS bedroom, but ended up being an expensive trip as he lost his mobile and need to claim on the house insurance as the silly a*se had cancelled his own insurance due to cost, needed money for other more important things like going to the pictures

Then got home to find the meat for dinner smelled funny and as it was pork decided to bin it, so fish and chips it was for dinner and I now feel bleurgh

After a crap day decided to take it out on the garden and have cut the grass, trimmed the edges, home alone apart from an oncall mobile, so going to steam into the ironing:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:with a lovely cup of tea

Oh just seen the lottery numbers and I haven't won - nothing new there then - I really should buy a ticket some time

    Have a good weekend all
