Halifax Guaranteed card offer for existing customers

i applied for my loan yesterday and got it, but it shows on my experian report as an unrecorded enquiry, can anyone tell me what this means please?

Thanks for that, not what I was hoping for as there's only 3 digits on that page so I won't be doing much BT activity onto it!

Seems they start a lot of people on that.

It's only £500, I'm hoping I've looked in the wrong place - I was hoping for about 12 times that amount for the BT!

As they rejected me outright before the guaranteed offer appeared I'm not suprised though.
