Halifax Guaranteed card offer for existing customers

I've had a guaranteed credit card offer for about a week in online banking. Its 13months at 0% on transfers and purchases.
However whenever I try and apply I get through the first page and then a sorry our systems are not responding. We know about this. Please try later.
Yet another example of my terrible experience with Halifax. 6 months in and still no faster payments enabled. All caused by my 'specialist' account no doubt.0 -
Hi guys
I don't suppose it's too cheeky to ask to see a screen print of such a guaranteed offer. Mine shows me a card when I log in but it doesn't show guarantee anywhere.
Maybe I'm missing it? Or don't have it. Please, if you could screen capture it I'd be really grateful.

I was "pre approved" for an All in One card a few weeks back and applied, it came with a 6.3k limit and was indeed, pre approved with no credit check...well as far as I can see anyway."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0

If it doesnt say guaranteed acceptance, then it isnt a guaranteed offer, its just an advert inviting you to apply for a card. I had the same advert in my online banking. I applied for a clarity card and was accepted anyway, so you could try applying, or maybe call them and ask if you have any offers on your accountDebt free and staying that way! :beer:0 -
mine shows this

Thats not a guaranteed offer - it clearly says it is subject to status. So you will be credit checked before they decide whether to give you a card or not.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
